Iron Supplement Tablets Expired contained by December 2006?
(Five months ago) Will they still work? I obviously dont want to cart them if they will harm me any... I know some meds can become harmful after the exp date.Many appreciation.

Iron tablets (as well as vitamin supplements) are smaller number potent after they expire. They are still safe to thieve.
I wouldn't use them if they're expired. Try buying new ones if you want to transport more. Best to stay on the safe side.
My concern would be their potency, and if they would effectively exchange to a toxic substance. I don't think so...but ask your local pharmacist.
Throw them away. Medicine deteriorates hurriedly after its expiration date. Why take a unpredictability?

Hello, I recently have the chance to be on familiar terms with an 83 year old being. His health condition prohibits him from walking for long period, and even standing for a short length of time causes him discomfort. He uses a rattan when walking, and he walks at a snail's gait. He can see, but not very okay. He is very lonely, have no other relatives to visit him, is normally low in spirits, and is currently confined to the base of the Jesuit community where he is a retired priest.I plan to stop by him often within the future, and would also close to to cheer him up. So my question is this, how do I cheer up a being such as my friend here? Is there anything I can do to at lowest possible drag him out of the monotonous life he's living? He's no crank, that's one of his virtues. Last week I went in that, we mostly ran out of topics to settle about, and it get embarrassing. Why do you have to make conversation? Just do stuff around the house for him, or sit and watch movies.
Or find out something he can do resourcefully that he could teach you. Like classical music guess or something.
Or maybe you could win him to tell his existence story on tape. Many oldsters won't, because they don't similar to to wallow. But if he wouldn't mind, the two of you could write a nice book together.

I can help out! I too had my gallbladder removed and adjectives my food went right through me. The origin this happens is that your liver produces bile (a green gooey substance that helps your body to digest fats). Once the liver produces the bile, it stores it within the gallbladder.
