I hold chronic pain so I must exercise, if I don't I afterwards a simple thing approaching walking or stooping to get something is difficult.
Even next to that I used to forget. Now, I do them in bed. Before my foot touches the floor I have done yoga positions, sit ups, posterior stretches, leg lifts etc.
I remind myself beforehand I go to bed that I enjoy to make extra time for it. I set goal as to how much and what I am going to do each time.
Sometimes I don't feel similar to it, I tell myself I will do 5 minutes worth and in the past I know it I am doing half hour or more.
The motivation of form and my clothes fitting better are also huge motivators.

Do your exercises at one and the same time everyday. If you do them before or after a lasting TV show you will remember.

Eye problem!?hi...ok, this happened to me finishing year too, around the same time. (may) my eye (sometimes both) grasp really red for no apparent foundation. (now let me convey you i do ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR DRINKING!) my eye doesn't hurt, or itch or water. the white of my eyes a short time ago get really red. i go to several eye docs. last yr and they couldn't find anything specifically wrong. i changed my contact brand, and it go away. now near the same brand, it is going on again. i'm thinking it could be an allergy..but i have never be allergic to anything for as long as i know. please help me! and also, i call for serious answers. thanks so much!

i hold the same exact problem you do. My optamologist took a genuine close look at my eyes. He said I have little tissue cell on the whites of my eyes that are raised. The contact rubs those raise cells and thats what cause the redness and irritation. inwardly a couple of hours of wearing my contacts, i looked like i have either drank a adjectives bottle of tequilla by myself or i'd been smoking a lil something something.
he prescribed me some steriod eye drops that i have to use for a week. and during htat week you cannot wear your contacts. and i tell you what, my eyes are 20x better. AND, resting on that, he had me switch my contacts to a brand that have the hydroclear in them to hold my eyes moist.
and even more suprisingly, it was one of those fantasy places at walmart that caught the problem! i had gone to a couple other eye docs and they have no idea. but i didn't even hafta influence anything to the doc at the walmart vision center. his first query was "do your eyes bring back all red and bloodshot repeatedly?" lol.
