Yes, I do. Every night, be paid a list of things you WILL accomplish the subsequent day. Make these things your priority until you procure used to accomplishing your tasks and goal! It takes sticking to this but, it works!!

What I usually do is to lounge totally flat on my bed. Then I just bare my mind. How? As you close your eyes, imagine a completely white, blank room... THAT is your mind.. of late blank. Don't think of anything else. Hopefully you'll drift stale.
