Not all the same, but I it can't come soon enough! It seem to be popular opinion presently (even amoungst smokers) that it's not as 'high class' as it used to be. In the 50's it was of course considered to be very classy, whereas in our time it's disgusting!
Pubs do have the choice whether they allow smoking or not at the moment. To increase their profits, most pubs will allow smoking but for non-smokers (which is no longer the minority) it's not a pleasent place to be. The common sense for the ban is to label us all a great deal healthier and I'm adjectives for it!

I'm an adolescent and i hold a mole on my back and a mole on my arm, both of which hold rings around them where my skin have turned white. the rings themselves are about 1cm contained by diameter.I have see doctors, who were urprised, but not especially concerned. No intention for concern or worry at adjectives. Halo nevi are common contained by adolescence and are completely safe. Or, they will send you to a dermatologist to own this done. Then, they can send the mole to a pathologist, who will look at it lower than a microscope to see if anything really weird is going on, etc.
But if it is a circle of light nevus, it won't change...and have NO increased likelihood of becoming cancer or any other bleak thing. And again, they are vastly common within your age, probably due to all the hormonal change of puberty, etc.
