Guys perspective: They are cooler than they used to be, but I have never dated a girl next to perky breast that didn't have a obverse to match, and if you enjoy a pretty face you don't requirement breast implants. Unless, you are really flat, which is not most cases, so I completely doubt it. Think Marilyn Manson, he get breast implants, but be not attractive, not because of the body...his band mate, tried to sleep with him. He be unattractive b/c he didn't own the looks to match the perky breasts.
