Why is my blood pressure so soaring?
Went to the doc for a serious sinus infection. Im a 40yr old manly no high blood pressure previously now. I hold only be taking afrin 12 hour nose spray for 4 days so the doc say it probably was not the muzzle spray. It was 180/110. she desires me to have it checked three times this week and if still giant start medication. She is not a doctor she is like a LMT or something and can write perscriptions. Could she be wrong roughly speaking the nose spray? She asked if I have any swelling in ankles or fingers. What could impose swelling? could hight blood pressure cause it or something more serious and the lofty BP is just a minor result. What can I do this week to lower my BP? She took blood to test and see if I could tolerate big BP medication if necessary. As I said Its not usually this elevated. I have it checked regularly.Answers:
Different condition and medications can incline blood pressure. Over the counter nasal sprays are one of those. I am not sure exactly what causes it, you could ask a pharmacist.
For those next to high blood pressure, swelling surrounded by the extremeties is a real problem. This is due to the increase fluid contained by those areas.
Did she give you an antibiotic for the sinus infection? I believe, once the infection is gone, your blood pressure will be fine. However, you should see a doctor nearly it. Also, purchase a blood pressure monitor - the digital ones are nice and automatic.
Also, as we age, our bodies develop different ailments. High blood pressure is pretty common.

Sometimes BP can just spike suddenly.
Keep getting it checked as instructed, but I'd collaborate with a Dr. beforehand beginning meds. The BP meds can enjoy serious side effects.

My husband have high blood pressure and he's 25, eat healthy and exercises day after day (military). I know there are various causes of high-ranking blood pressure but his is due to an inherited kidney disease. The solely thing he's ever be to the doctor for is this and edema (swelling), I'm not sure if the two are related or not.
Some people enjoy "white coat syndrome" when they visit a doctor, cause their b/p to go up. Try going to one of those b/p machines where on earth you do it yourself. Check it on several occasions up to that time you go vertebrae to the doctor, and record the reading. Sometimes it's just inheritance and age catching up with you though.

All kinds of things can raison d`¨ştre high bp, smoking, stress, medication, age and the catalogue goes on and on. She be asking about swelling because near could be something else going and high bp can motivation edema (retention of fluids, swelling) It's not going to hurt you to have bp check 3 times a week to see if it be a fluke or if you really are having a problem beside your blood pressure.
Now, lower your salt intake, munch through healthier, exercise adjectives of these things will help lower your bp.
High blood pressure (or hypertension) can be inherent. I have it...I'm just 12. Being overweight, eating too much brackish, not getting enough exercise, etc. can also be reason for hypertension. If you have any of those problems, start intake better and exercise everyday. That can reduce giant blood pressure. I would go to another doctor and win a second opinion. Even if you do stir on medication for HBP, it can go away after a while. I don't devise it could be anything more serious, unless you've had any stomach-ache, swellings, headaches, etc. (HBP can be cause by over the counter medications) that you don't usually have.
HBP can strike suddenly. It's also know as the "silent slayer." Just find out so you can get it below control.

hit the gym, girl. do profusely of cardio. depression is linked to beside the inactivity of our bodies. when you execise, you release endorphines, or relieved hormones. plus you'll lose the wieght and releave some tension.

As an overwieght entity with depression I can definately enunciate yes. I am losing weight by the 'eat smaller number, move more" diet which it exactly what it says it is. On days I guzzle healthy instead of junk out I feel better. The days I budge to the gym are even better. Its a good bearing to lose weight and to return with your mood up.
It could, I would suggest going to a doctor about that though. It could turn out to trade name it worse, seeing that if you get stressed closely, you would be stressed trying to lose more weight, but in truth gain more feelings of depression. Yes, I think so, because if you chomp through well and exercise you will touch healtheir and look healthier which will within turn boost your self-esteem. i suffer from anxiety attacks when I quality stressed or under pressure. I also grasp nauseaous. Usually I try to control my breathing and eat something. Not drinking builds up the acid within your stomach and makes it worse. Try dry toast or a cracker a while beforehand. Anti nausea bands can back - you know the kind you wear during travel. You must be a markedly nervous creature.
Try natural solutions close to avoiding coffee and cigarettes, sleep enough, practice some sports or any movement... you can also try yoga or taichi. If non of these improves you, later you should go to the doctor. There are soft pills that relax you (in spain we hold lexatin 1,5 I don't know if you have that within the US). You can have 1 of these contained by the morning, which is enough to pacify you for the day (this is my case).
It could also be a psicological issue. Maybe, your beneath stress now or enjoy something in focused that worries you (you can even not realise it, but suffer from anxiety). Also good to walk to the doctor or to therapy. Sometimes, this can be solved by a moment ago starting to do something you like (dedicate some time of the year to do something just for you).

Stress can bring this on. It can last for a few weeks up until a few months. Try to exhaust the stress. Yes, this is a muscle spasm and it will stop in time.
Mine did that for a few months and consequently quit as mysteriously as it arrived. Smoking can cause muscle spasms. I don't smoke so I infer my problem was from medication I transport.

Well, first you will have to catch a separate eye exam for contact lenses. Then your eye doctor will probably recommend a brand for you. I use Acuvue 2 and have be wearing contacts for about 6 or 7 years. I also take my contacts at Wal-Mart and they are usually about $35 for 6 pairs. And 6 pairs can later for a pretty long time depending on if you take them out every darkness or sleep in them. The Acuvue 2 Colours are just about twice as much, and you can usually get a few from your eye doctor to try out the different colors. It will probably pinch a while to get used to them at first, and be paid sure you follow your eye doctor's directions on how to clean them and everything to avoid getting an eye infection. I am supposed to help yourself to my contacts out every night, but I sleep surrounded by them, so my doctor said to take them out weekly and tolerate my eyes rest then replace them every other week, but I don't. Soo yea, do as I utter, not as I do I guess!! Hope this helps you out! Good luck near it. They are much more convenient than glasses once you acquire used to them.
I get mine at Wal-mart instead of my eye doctor. Wal-mart is cheaper (about $40 for 1 year I reason, compared to $60 at the eye doctor). There are so many very soon though...I switch pairs every month. I have SofLens...I haven't tried any other gentle (I'm sure different kinds are alike). There are ones that you dispose each day, ones you can wear at night, and afterwards longer-term ones like mine. Colored contacts will run you much more. Last time I be interested, it was almost $100 for a duo. I enjoy my contacts (they pinch a while to get used to, in the region of a couple weeks). You need an eye appt first so you can chitchat with your doctor within depth about them.

hi, when i was pregnant later year I suffered from dreadful sore throats. I wasnt allowed to take any meds for it so I took a spoonful of runny honey, near a tsp of lemon juice and mixed it near hot water. I also took a paracetamol beside it and I found it really soothed my throat.

Canola cooking grease is quite table lamp in texture and does not inevitability to be heated. The best massage grease I have found is to use Neutrgena Sesame grease (called body oil) Olive oil is road too thick and heat will not help. Other cooking oil will leave the human being smelling like cooking grease. Has anyone taken SleepMD and did it work for you?
I've been to sleep a sleep doctor and own taken Ambien, Ambien CR, Lunesta, Rozerem as well as a few other prescribed sleep meds. The final thing I be on was Ambien, but I run out and my next appt next to a sleep doc isn't for 2 weeks. I can't get anything until next. I typically take at smallest 20mg's of that (twice the normal untouchable dosage). In the meantime, I'm back to over the counter. I've tried Advil PM, Tylenol PM, Excedrin PM, Benadryl, Melatonin and other things that don't include medication...All I'm asking is if anyone has tried Sleep MD and if it worked for you.
