Good question. Well, drugs must be tested first on animals, short that we cannot know how it will work on people. Cosmetics is luxury and drugs are obligation - there is the difference, but point is that poor animals suffer. Sometimes something must be sacrifice for greater good. If two or three animals will die for positive life of hundred and thousand culture I think it's disinterested trade. But that doesn't change the certainty that I'm sorry for poor little things. So, let's protect animals where we can - don't buy cosmetics, fur and stuff resembling that!

I loathe that they have to assessment on animals, BUT if it saves the lives of humans, who would you want to win out...believe about it...if it be a medicine and your mother or grandmother depended on it and it be tested on animals...would you rather they didn't help yourself to it? Just be cautious on the other things that you CAN avoid resembling the makeup, hairspray, etc.

Check the sleep aid section of a local pharmacist. anything beside diphenhydramine hydrochloride in it should work almost duplicate. 'Sominex' if it's availble in the UK is pretty much one and the same thing.
Benadryl is Diphenhydramine...basically look for that.
Nytol is one formulation of diphenhydramine, but your chemist may be able to share you more including alternative antihistamines.

Migraines and Vision Problems?
I have what's call classic migraines with the aura. I've gotten a migraine two days surrounded by a row which is highly unusual for me especially since I quit smoking 6 months ago. But I own been working long hours and be stressed so that could be it.Anyway, I had one on Tuesday and Wednesday (well at most minuscule an aura once a day could be like migraine). During this time it seemed similar to it was really sturdy ot focus on things and my vision seem a little past its sell-by date. Today, my head is still hurting somewhat and my delirium is still a little strange.
