Why can't I sleep at dark?
I am tired...and I mean TIRED when I try to seize up in the morning.I usually can't win to sleep until about 1-2 surrounded by the morning and I have to be up at 6:30....
I CAN NOT crash down alseep...I have tried sleeping pills...beer....vodka...Jim Beam..more sleeping pills...but not adjectives at the same time...Obviously I am still here...
Once I am up surrounded by the morning I am ok...I do get tired during the hours of daylight but drink a cup of coffee and I am ok...I never frink coffee after noonish...rarely even that tardy.
It's like at 10:00 I find a second wind...UGH....I yearning I was tired!

I have worn contacts for most of my natural life. I also wear glasses but I MUCH prefer the contacts. When you wear contacts, it's almost similar to you have immaculate natural delirium. If you get a double act that's just right for your eyes, you won't consistency them or be bothered by them at all. You'll own great peripheral fantasy too. As far as their strength, I believe you can get them within any strength but I do not believe they make contacts all the same that correct astigmatism. They also do not make them for inhabitants who need reading goggles, although I do believe they now kind bifocal contacts. Of course, all the extras tight-fisted more $$. If you're merely near-sighted you can probably get fitted and buy your contacts for a clad price. I have single experienced one serious drawback with contacts and that is to say that it makes my close to vision worse than it is with ease. In other words, when I'm wearing my contacts I find it a little difficult to read where on earth without the contacts I can read without blemish. This didn't start to bother me until I got elder so if you're still young it might not bother you at adjectives. yeah i don't see why not i own plenty of famly members who wear contacts instead of goggles they are even more comfortable without worrying something like breaking your glasses. you should step to your eye doctor and talk to him if interested surrounded by getting contacts
Yes, you can buy the contacts in the prescription that you goggles are so you will see the same or better.
Yes they are and they are so much better. You can look down,up,or to the side lacking turning your entire head approaching you have to do next to glasses. I enjoy worn contacts for 15 years and see just as in good health as I do in my goggles, and I'm much more comfortable without eyeglasses on my face for long period.
they can be stronger because they don't have to be as big and stocky. If you are nearsighted I suggest you get rk or lasic If you are far sighted contacts work great. If you enjoy astigmatism, contacts may be a problem because of alignment, they have ti be weighted on one side and sometimes grasp turned. Talk to a ophthalmologist that likes contacts, I find some of them can be remarkably opinionated, just similar to anyone else.
Contacts are actually a tad better than goggles! They sit directly on your eyes and you have more continuum in your lateral vision. (As you know, if you look out of the corners of your eyes while wearing eyeglasses, you can no longer see. Contacts eliminate that!).
When I changed over from specs to contacts, the difference was darkness and day. My figment of the imagination was much sharper. Give them a turn! You might like it.
