Really that's a tough one. My dad died a year ago, and really there's not much you can do emotionally, or socially. My mom is withdrawn, won't clean her house, depressed, etc. We try and help out. We live in like town. My brother and I, and my husband and I, go over to her house. We assist her with her yardwork. For something like 6 months, I helped her integer out her finances, etc. Now, we just stay contained by touch, take her out to devour. Visit, ask her if she needs give a hand with anything. We phone call her alot and send her cards. We ask her to step with us on leave, and trips, etc. Alot of times, she says no, and of late wants to be home alone. I make out this, since they were married 40 yrs. It's devastating and it take time to get through the grief. I guess you are never "over" it. You of late have to do your best. You can't "fix" her. It's something she have to do on her own, or with God's aid, if she believes. I pray that my mom finds happiness again, whether beside someone else or without. It's basically something she has to address on her own. I can't do it for her. We a short time ago try to do the best we can to help. I still hurt myself everyday and miss my dad. It's a moment ago something that you learn to live near. (the pain)

I ring out my fleece (its LONG so its easy), wrap it in a towel for almost 10 minutes, comb it with a general tooth comb, place a dry towel on my pillow, and crawl in bed. I close to to read in bed first, so its usually partially dry before I capture to sleep. So I discard the towel.
I don't sleep in sub-zero temperature so I'm not sure why people would consider its going to make me cold or arrest a cold easily. And I seldom suffer from bed go before.

Your body temp may very in good health be normal...98.6 is the usual average but some people in recent times run a bit cooler. Your blood pressure sounds nice and low (not too low). If you're cold a lot you could be anemic (low iron) or if your temp is as a rule a bit lower than normal that could freshly be how you are. Check with your doc if you're really concerned, they could run a CBC blood panel in recent times in grip.
