Personally, the longest I have not slept for be 5 days. I had terminated up with a bacterial tonsilitis, and be very sick at that time. My spleen be swollen, and as a result I had constipation durable 5 days. On day number 5, my stomach be bloated to such level that I couldn't even induce vomit [all that come out was blood]. I be rushed to the emergency room where they x-trayed me and figure out I had main constipation was given Anhydrous Mangnese Hydroxide to flush everything out. All this resulted from sometype of antipathy to antibiotics, painkillers or the throat washes prescribed to me.
Lack of sleep cause (later in the 5th day), severe bleeding from my proboscis, with a gigantic headache (worse than any drug subtraction headache), hallucinations, and common feeling of alarm. I actually thought I have a ruptured lung or a ruptured colon because of severe bloating. And I was psychotically yell out weird jibberish. My blood test came wager on with thrombocytosis, and immensely high red blood cell be very illustrious and out of rangle. My WBC was also lofty but because of the bacterial infection (around 14,500). My liver enzymes were indicating "near" disaster, but I didn't have any discernable jaundice.
77 hours.
LOTS happen, but nothing I want to cooperate about publicly. I be younger, stupider, and under the influence of crooked substances.

Are the doctors evasive because they don't know what is wrong? I think that must be it because I devise they would tell you. I am massively hearing impair and I wear hearing aids and I don't other wear them but when I do it does help. I couldn't of imagined how I would of gotten through arts school with out my audible range aids. I guess that is where on earth I'm leading up to next to you. If your sons hearing doesn't add to the doctors really need to find out what is wrong because he may call for hearing aids for university. Which doctors have you be too? An audiologist? I'm going to do some research and try to look at what may be wrong (that's if you don't resolve the question since I find out).

try callling him from trailing if he doesnt react he might enjoy a hearing problem also look for signs of lip reading. when i be around that age i was partically deaf contained by 1 ear after hearing test and stuff i had my tonsils removed n a bone twisted surrounded by my ear im fine now
hold him to a diffrent doctor if u can if the doctors dnt detect anythin he mite jus have selective audible range which i doubt as he is so young

The boy could be hard of audible range, or he could be ignoring you or otherwise distracted.
I've hear of one guy, Howard Stern's assistant....who had trouble audible range and when he went to the doctor, they found out it be some weird buildup of wax...close to the size of a quarter.
