okay. i dont know if stress has anything to do beside it but yeah. Ive been getting shared pains, headaches, nuseau sometimes, bloating, direah, muscle ache, heart palpitations, and anxiety like symtpoms. Hi. This morning my granmother passed away. I know all of us hold to deal near this at some point in our life span, however I am 30 years old and I lived beside her for over 20 years. In this case she is a 2nd mother to me. I am an simply child and I have no other brothers/sisters to turn to. I read there is no right method or wrong way to treaty with bereavement. We adjectives knew she be sick and she was even surrounded by hospital for some normal elemental things a few days earlier but be sent home. She died in her bench most likely asleep, so this is much better than a hurting death. I hold recently get married and I am from England and she is from Vietnam. The only choice I would of had is to own a 2nd wedding surrounded by England for her to see it. How nice that you want to minister to your mom. When it comes down to it, there isn't alot you can do for her grief process, she have to go thru it, only just as you have to turn thru yours. The best thing you can do is be available to her, telephone call her daily only just to listen or to let her know you precision. Share your own feelings next to her, they will be similar, so she knows she isn't alone within how she feels. Give her time, and supply yourself time to get thru it, time does eventually help the pain of loss.
other be there for your mom, maintain lines of communication open. She may speak she is fine and handling well. but cavernous down inside she is hurting. Many people do not know how to promise with annihilation or how it affects others,,, everyone is different. Oh my god. Sounds like me. My grandmother of 22 years died. I too be an only child but my mother be a doctor and she left me to be near my grandmother. My granny took care of me and she too is resembling my second mother. If i were you you should be strong inside. Think past its sell-by date all the flawless memories that you both share. Rekindle the moments and remember her in that means of access. If your wife is understanding since she is vietneamese and she is asian, she would probably be a right source of support and listener. I know i have because my best friend be indian and she bought me mantras, joss sticks, she was here when my granny died, and she went to the temple beside me to light lamp for the departed soul. I just this minute had to ride out the death of my dad - he died from cancer. Myself, similar to you, am an only child, so I hold no brothers or sisters to turn to. I was a complete daddy's girl so this be very VERY frozen for me to go through. It's be almost 2 years now, and in attendance isn't a day I do not get the impression the pain from losing him. This be my first experience in losing a loved one.
All I can describe you is that time is the only entity that eases the torment. I do not think the throbbing ever goes away completely if you really loved this personality. It just get easier to deal beside. I still have not brought myself to keep under surveillance any home videos of him. It took me months to know how to look at a picture of him ... and honestly, I am tearing up in recent times typing this. You will play what you "could have done" and the "what if's" contained by your mind for a while, thats just bit of it. Just know that the relationship you had beside her was wonderful, and it intended a lot to her, as it did you. Tell yourself that she is no longer suffering and is contained by a better place now.

However I live beside my Mum now 76 and not soon passes that we do not own a conversation about someone who have passed. I ask Mum what my Nana was approaching and off she go reliving the best days of her life. I also know how my own Mother 'chased' my delayed Father and she fancied him because he was the solely man in Town wearing a brown suit and a pallid tie with dogs on it. Your Grandmother have NOT gone, she lives on in you and your Mother. Now you inevitability to rekindle that relationship, ask your Mother what your Nana was resembling as a Mother. I would imagine man from Vietnam they all have a very interesting story to speak about, so ask Mom to tell it. As for a second honeymoon, why not, sure you have a picture of your Nana, okay put it on the seat. Like I said how can your Grandmother be deceased, she lives inside you and your Mother, as you both had years of contact next to her. The bit you are missing the years before YOU be BORN!
