Growth spurt coming my course?
I'm 14, 5'2. My doctor says I'm not going to grow much more and my mum's not much taller. Is nearby a chance that a growth spurt's coming my approach? Lately I've been more hungry. Is this why?Answers:

But heres something you should do... average your mom and dads height above sea level, and that is what your average echelon should be............Like me I'm supposed to be 5'8" but right now I'm 5'5" and I discern like I already finished my growth spurt...........Any ways why are you so worried, being 5'2" ain't so discouraging
My best guy friend is now almost 6 foot tall and he used to be shorter than me surrounded by eighth grade.....He's grown plentifully recently and we're 16. Hi,I am 23 and I am suffering a bit at the Moment, I used to suffer from Panic attacks and recently I own been suffering beside Pains in my chest for a while I hold been to the Doctors and they own tested my heart on a ECG and i had a chest x-ray and everything is fine, nonetheless i cant shake the thought that i might Die I think roughly speaking it alot and it really scares me!
I am like peas in a pod with everything, wont fly, wont dance on tubes, wont do anything like that! I enjoy to go to London 2moro and its worrying me so much!
I also attain extremley painful stomach pains and the doctor have said they think I enjoy Endometrosis (something to do with the pool liner of the womb) They have said this is probaly cause me to have depression but they wont impart me any help apart from tablets and I really dont want to grasp stuck on those! Any ideas at why I have a feeling like this and any support you know of??

i used to be like this, but permit me tell you, it DOES pass by, maybe not straight away but it does.
i used to be afraid of have a deep tub incase i drown or something...
what helped me;;
when i get these feelings, i would smile, not at anything surrounded by particular, but only smile, take a cavernous breath (not too deep)
and think of the later thing that made me roll with laughter or smile, or i think of someone i love and suppose something really great happening to them...
or my fave...estimate of what ill buy when i win the lottery! that puts a smile on my facade, just save smiling and breath slower, then you will fly through it,

It sounds approaching anxiety,( and panic attacks ) its not fun I suffer near it too. I know nothing anyone say will help, I can't be alone when I'm close to this, too scary. I go to a councillor and that helped deeply. When you feel better and you allways do after so long, you start off to realise you were irrational, but you can't suppose like that at the time. Take a reflective breath drink a cold glass of sea slowly and remember no-one ever died of a panic attack. Take strictness. And keep busy.

as for not getting on planes and tubes obviously the terriosts attacks hold affected you alot more than it have others,
maybe you other think the worst so you dont catch disappointed if this things actually start i.e. the pains in your chest

I suffered from frenzy attacks 2 years ago......I felt a constant impending doom!! My heart go out to you, it is so frustrating when your brain knows one item yet every bran in your body and soul say otherwise.
You have to overcome the anxiety....assure yourself next to facts, stop making films in your pave the way. We you feel a frenzy attack coming on, jump up and down, run for a run, don't focus on it. You can overcome it, I did

I used to have the exact same problems... nouns, chest pains, stomach aches, etc.... After multiple visit to the doctor's office I realize that the best remedy was to quit going near because it stressed me out even more. Every time they told me something new I would verbs about it constantly. Try to find a hobby that's fulfilling and constructive to clutch your mind off denial thoughts. Make sure you can separate your work life from your home time... that was a big give support to for me.

I will simply tell you going on for a laproscopy too- they may do that if they cant see with the endoscopy. WIth an endo scopy you wont be capable of eat for a while and they will put you to sleep and you will wake up up and burp or fart(i know its gross but thats how your body gets rid of the gas they inflated your colon and intestines with) It doesnt involve any twinge, you will be asleep!
I had a laproscopy three years ago and one final year. They cut three small incisions in your belly, they are enormously small and the scars be in motion away easily. Mine are almost completely gone. It isn't desperate at all. I have anesthesia, I have hear that not all doctors use it though. Afterward my throat be a little sore and scratchy and I have a little agony in my stomach from the biopsies and adjectives the air they force into your stomach. I have have a problem with two referral from my GP to a consultant which have 'mysteriously disappeared'.I own an appointment with my GP contained by a week - do i have a right to ask for a print out of the referral from the computer nearby and then.....will the GP do that, and will i own to pay for it?

Hayley, email the surgery and ask for a copy of the referral parcels to be ready for your appointment next to the GP next week. It will depend if the referral are private or NHS as to whether there will be a charge. At our surgery we do not charge for any.
I'm sure they will copy for free,but I would call and find out.Either course you need the referral.
yes you have a right to ask for a copy, but the doctors can charge for this. if it is to the consultant own you got the consultants fax number? if you can capture that the doctor can fax the letter to him/her and it won't cost you a piece. sometimes the doctors will ask you to put the request for a copy in writing so I don`t know have this geared up when you go.
As for the charge: some will and some won't. I suggest that you ask the doctor to print rotten a copy of the letter, and after post it yourself special delivery so know when the receiver has it within hand.
