i recently get contacts and i have alot of trouble putting them within but even more difficulty taking them out? any suggestions? tips?

ok this is easy..look up to the sky and put it on the lowest section of your eye, for removing, touch the lens with your finger tip and roll your eye up, the lens will slide down and you will be capable of pull it in need trouble or hurting yourself.

Practice! I have be wearing mine for years (12 years). At first I had a hugely difficult time getting them in or out. It will draw from better, but even today I sometimes have difficulty.

P.S. Keep your nail short, it helps alot!
I of late got contacts nearly 2 months ago. Its hard to give somebody a lift them out at first. Try to just pinch them out, or slide it to the side of your eye and rob it out there. Just dont rip your contact lik I did 3 times. Lol

Practice practice practice! i remember when i first get mine, i had to practice so tons times. When putting the contact in (make sure that its a bowl shape, not a V shaped) hold ur eyelid and below ur eye near both of your middle fingers and put it on ur pointer finger and press down lightly and blink rather. it should be in. And to hold it out, just do alike position as putting it in, but steal your thumb and pointer finger and grab it kindly. hope this helps !! :)
Pratice. . . I wear them too. . it be difficult in the establishment. . it gets better. . when taking them out dont try and pinch them . . push them to the inside corner of your eye. . it will pop up and you can clutch it. . keep trying. =)
Make sure your fingernails are short. With one appendage pull your eye plain, with the other humanely grasp your lens and pull it out. Make sure your eye is lubricated when you do this not dry. To put them within clean, later put it on the tip of your finger, pull eye unscrew again. Pop it in. Good luck. Practice make perfect. I own worn contacts for 25 years.
First, make sure you hold running water until you're done. Then swab your hands and rinse all right. Take your contact out and rinse well next to saline solution. Make sure the contact is in a nice bowl shape otherwise it's inside out. Put it on your pointer finger tip (rinsing your hand with respectively step) and stare at the mirror, not your finger. Use your middle finger to pull your lower lid interested and place contact inside. Blink slowly. To take them out, look up and pinch the contact below the iris.
Its tough at first... I enjoy to put my right contact in first motive its my dominant eye. If I put the left contact contained by fist its hard for me to see the right eye. Back agony: chiropractor, polish analyst or physical shrink?

I've been have mild to moderate upper-mid back and shoulder twinge, on and off, for at lowest a few years. My neck repeatedly aches as all right. I'm a 25 year old student who spends a great deal of time sitting in front of a computer. I know my posture could be better, but it's difficult to profess when sitting in front of a laptop.
