My daughter complaining of headache?

shes 12 for the last two weeks its similar to a migrange headache,its usually in the dark,she wont take a local anaesthetic tablet as she says it get stuck and the medicine i grant her is for babies then up to 12yrs

Too much burning the candle especially round bedtime doesn't support with falling to sleep. Also studying and stress doesn't comfort either.
Try and stop your studying partially an hour before bed and certainly do something else like examine your fave tv show or read a book not related to your studies. If that isn't possible then get hold of to bed at 9:30pm with a summary sheet of your days studying and write down contained by a diary all the virtuous points that have happen in the afternoon.

Hmmm, stress, to much on your mind. Try relaxing surrounded by a darker room resembling an hour before bed. Maybe steal some Melatonin, it is a supplement that helps induce pure sleep patterns. Get more exercise during the sunshine so you are worn out at night time. Cut down on the caffeine, especially next in the sunshine. Or try sleepy time tea, it works for some people. Put surrounded by a really boring movie, or some light music to comfort you fall asleep. There is a ton of things you can try, and eventually you will find the right entity. Good luck! And if all else fail, ask the doc to do a sleep study on you. Maybe there is another motive. Exhaust your other options first though.
im indistinguishable way but im home schoold so i can sleep surrounded by but if i need to dance to sleep then i scrutinize herry potter 4 all hours of darkness then sick fall asleep hastily so find a movie that you like and study it wal laying surrounded by your bed and if you dont have a tv near a dvd player in your room later i cant help you.

It could be any number of things. Drinking caffeine (found within tea, coffee, soft drinks) late at darkness.

The other thing could be that you're not unwinding of an evening. If you're studying until bed time, your brain is awake and won't permit you sleep so spend an hour before appendage just doing something that doesn't require your brain to be influential. Watch a couple of episodes of your favourite show you know past its sell-by date by heart, listen to some music, read a book. Any number of things to cool your brain off and provide it a chance to slow down previously you try to sleep.

Drink hot chocolate and take a dutiful book to bed with you. Nothing to do near revision but something that is going to embezzle your mind off it. u are probably getting worried and frustrated around not being competent to sleep. i get angry when i can't stumble asleep fast adequate, but then i'll realize that getting cracked just make everything worse. try to clear ur mind, its easier said than done...taking bubble baths before bed other helps me, later i'll get some milk and lay within bed and read a magazine until i get sleepy...

Sometimes when you are lying in bed you're mind starts race. So the result is, not being competent to sleep. You could try meditating past going to bed...or listening to relaxing music.
If this doesn't work consequently go and see you're GP.

I get alike problem but I do this really cool meditation thing and it works!! Basically you fiction down in your bed or somewhere you quality comfortable in, focus on your breathing so that EVERYTHING go out of your mind, this in itself is relatively relaxing!! Then you have to "mentally" concentrate on respectively part of your body, e.g. focus on your legs getting heavier, afterwards your arms etc. so that in the shutting down your ENTIRE body feels stout as if it is melting into your mattress. Even if you can't do that some reflective breathing helps me. I can speak about it's working beacuse after a short while I start to yawn!!

Also, try getting a hobby as it will take your attention away from your university work and if it is a physical hobby it will wear you out so you will feel exhausted and sleep all right.

Most kids start stuttering when they start talking, but i started stuttering when I be 10. Maybe it was triggered by a elevated fever or something (I attain sick alot). School was HELL for me. I'd be praying that no teacher would call on me to read or parley aloud in class. Whenever I did announce, I could hear my classmates sniggering and whispering. During giant school my confidence plummeted. The certainty that NOBODY, not even my family, acknowledged my problem made it adjectives worse. I felt so alone and victimised. It be easy to blame God, but I know everything happened for a aim and all I could do be pray. I'm in college very soon. I guess its better cos I've learnt to control it, similar to calm myself down up to that time I talk. I still settle really fast for some judgment, my friends get irritated by it but it's ok. They have stories of being tease, dreading oral reports in academy, having few friends who buried them, etc. Someone finally told them about The Stuttering Foundation and they adjectives got the book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" and worked through it over and over. Many society who stutter go into speech psychiatric therapy as their way of helping.

I still stutter and I'm not ashamed of it. I don't stutter fruitless. I just stutter when I sermon fast. Just embezzle your time and talk. Like I said I didn't stutter fruitless, but I did and it was degrading but I only laugh at myself, it just make me the person that I am.
Both my father and my sister stuttered. Both be able to overcome it. Practice discussion to yourself in the mirror. Also, practice phonics. That is what my sister's lecturer did with her. She overcame it within less than a conservatory year.
