Why is it that not getting satisfactory sleep usually results within forgetting what one dreamt in the order of?

It's because when you don't get adequate sleep you don't enter into an REM cycle. And REM (Rapid Eye Movement) cycle is when your body is in it's deepest stage of sleep. All throughout the dark as you sleep your brain stays awake and entertains itself, dreaming. But within an REM cycle your brain is at it's highest rank of activity, which also cause your eyes to move. Dreams had during REM cycles are usually the with the sole purpose dreams remembered when one wakes up.
When you dont grasp enougn sleep, you wake up and your body is concentrating tough on falling back to sleep. as defiant when you get a moral nights sleep and you own a dream you wake up sensation tired of course but 'recharged' and your stretch your mind and body concentrates on during the hours of darkness and trys to catch you up on events during the dark instead of catching up on sleep.. make sense? ha
because you enjoy not had satisfactory time to let the dream marinate contained by your mind. And because your dreams are just your thoughts coming subsidise together, you not getting enough sleep defeat the purpose.
Because you wake up exhausted thinking you dreamt something like something, when in certainty, you didn't have a dream at adjectives. I got a perscription chock-a-block while I was home on spring break and on the bottle it say that it can be re-filled 2 more times. Since I'm now vertebrae at school and 800 miles away from the pharmacy I get it originially filled at I'm wondering:Can I pocket the bottle into the local pharmacy here (which has me contained by their system as having a persciption for like peas in a pod med filled within in the past) and take my refill - OR will I hold to call my doctor and go and get another perscription called into that pharmacy?

Motion Sickness?
I have this severe motion sickness problem, cant travel by bus or sports car.immediately inwardly hrs I start vomitting, nothing have helped..remedies resembling pills, ginger, lemon etc, has never worked..does anybody own a solution for it?Answers:

2nd you can take draminex ( diphenhydramine) or hyosine befor travelling by 1/2 hour
