Why do ethnic group chortle when..?
I tell them I don't smoke or drink. They even focus it's funny that I stay out of the sun so I don't prematurely age myself, plus I have a 2nd degree burn from the sun a few years support.It's funny to me because they laugh and when I go and get older I will look better than most. I guess it is a bit wierd that I am so worried about aging. I am trying to live a athletic laugh immediately at 19.

I got t he same response when i be your age in college and merely ignore them.its beacuse we are a pink breed, most people do not enjoy the guts to take such a firm stance..esp within an environment where drinking, smoking, weed, tanning bed, etc is the norm.

Not smoking and drinking is okay. But not going in the sun for those reason? It's kinda silly. If you don't go out surrounded by the sun you will look pale and grotesque and you won't get the vitamins you necessitate to allow your skin to glow. Also drink lots of river. And if you get burned use sun suntan lotion.
I don't do any of those things either.
Wait until you are a short time older, and the insurance company doesn't believe that you don't smoke or drink.
They know that your doing the right point, but they don't want to admit it. They would fairly go beside the crowd, because it is the easiest thing to do. It take more courage to go against the tide.

i dont go contained by the sun neither i use those sunless tanners, i dont really think its funny that you do those things. honestly i be always told the younger you start taking keeping of yourself the healthier you will be. relatives probably laugh because thats not conventional to them and they are probably insecure with the model.

well done. you are making a well-mannered choice by abstaining from potentially harmful and habit-forming comings and goings. but getting sun is actually upright for you. if you are worried about your skin, throw on some sunscreen until that time you go out. but don't avoid the sunlight altogether!
Because your behavior is singular, it is actually amusing for associates to find somebody with your soaring level of self-discipline. Also, within is a little bit of human quality that causes family to make fun of and hoot at other people to gross themselves feel better. I look at others my age and they look resembling they are older than they are and they hold many condition issues.
If you live a good verbs life presently you will live a long life and look polite too.
It is smart not to smoke as smoking not only raison d`¨ētre a wide scope of health issues but it ages you faster than anything else. It robs your skin of oxygen.
Drinking stresses the body. It make the liver fatty and weak.
It cause mental depresssion and can kill various cells surrounded by your body. If you drink heavy it can murder more cells than your body can replace. Why do you see homeless, mentally poorly persons on the street (drugs and alcohol).
Care for you skin. Cover up contained by the sun and use sunscreen. But remember to use natural products short chemicals because anything that goes on the skin go into the pores.

I looked fantastic until 45. Good at 50 and starting to show age at 54 after menopause. You are on the right track and I applaud you for being 19 and compassionate so much about your robustness. Just eat lots of fruit and veggies and in good health balanced diet and gain lots of exercise.

In other words, they feel that they won't win cancer or have wrinkles or lung cancer because they are so thriving now. They are amused by your behavior because they can not relate to your thinking.
However, you are intensely knowledgeable going on for preventitive measures for cancer and premature skin aging. Keep it up and you will have a long and stout life and also, own the last snigger!

I don't smoke or drink. And I go surrounded by the sun..but with sunscreen. How do you put away though?? I try to eat nourishing. Anyways I do all that and I consistency sick a lot. I'm 19 too. So no issue what you do something can go wrong still. but at lowest you're taking precautions

A person answered:Unless you are allergic I do not see the injure in sniffing shoes, I did it as a kid and sometimes still do and I am a bio--psych principal with a elevated GPA and with no adverse form problems.

Night Shift - How do you cope next to it?
I am a fellow night shift worker and hold been so for 6 yrs. I am research that my different eating and sleeping customs are more common next to other workers that I orginally thought. What are some other "side effects" from working at night, and how do you concord with them?Answers:
I work 12 hr dark shifts. Im still figuring out how to traffic with it! Ive gotten a sleep shroud to block out the light b/c I dont enjoy a dark room, and that truly does help. The concealing outfit doesnt bother me like I thought it would, any. I sleep in on the morning of my first darkness shift, and then the subsequent two mornings I go home and jump to bed and watch tv for a while to unwind. The morning after my third night is the big problem! I COMPLETELY lose that light of day. I have to sleep bad the night shift and still deal with to be able to sleep that hours of darkness to get myself backbone on a normal calendar. What Ive noticed, though...is sleeping 7 hrs during the time is NOT the same as sleeping 7 hrs at darkness, even if it is uninterrupted! And the eating is difficult, too. I tend to graze on hours of darkness shift instead of eating big meal.
being tired though out the daylight, when people that work sunshine shift are tired at night!!

My mom works the night, 7 pm - 7 am and when she comes home she sleeps until she have to go hindmost to work. It's not good and I hold on to telling her she can't work night but she doesn't listen. On the other hand, my aunt works 8 hour dark shifts on the same commission and all she have to do is take a 3 hour sleep and she's perfect. Then when she get's home she sleeps for 5 hours. She eat normally and adjectives that too. My mom on the other hand, never eat dinner regularly and eats a ton of small harmful meals at volatile times and eats small snacks at work because she never have time to really eat at work. I cogitate that the night shift is one of those things that's merely for some people and not others.
Working night messes up my eating rota, I usually eat smaller number. I feel resembling it is harder to wake up when you work night also. It has also artificial my workouts in a really doomed to failure way. find to spend less time next to family also.
I hold been working 4pm to midnight for in the region of 5 years. Are you working 2nd or 3rd? I personally sleep longer than most folks I work with. I stay up when I gain home from work and sleep the entire day. My first lunchtime is at about 2:30 or 3 pm which I telephone call lunch. And then I drink lunch again at 8pm and I eat when i come home. I don't delight in the fact that the rest of the world seem to be on another planet sometimes and I feel similar to an outsider especially when I try to do things with my church and family connections. I don't have kids so I don't own them to worry almost, but sometimes I feel disappeared out of the loop. Also, some people a moment ago don't grasp the fact that 10 am to me is close to midnight to them. I turn the ringers off. I also enjoy dark shades surrounded by my bedroom. Ok I know I rambled, but I know where on earth your coming from.
The biggest side effect I have is when I revert rear to days on my time off; sleeping at dark and up during the day on the weekends. I do this because of domestic time. I find myself quite irritable sometimes, and that's the worst side effect.
As far as drinking goes, I usually get through before I run in at 10pm, own something about 3am and next something light around 7am.
I can't usually only just go home and sleep right after work, I seize off at 8 and usually cessation up reading a book or doing housework until 10 or so. I have my window blacked out with tinfoil and usually (key word) own it pretty quiet until the elephants find home from school.
