Yes, you can break your ankle and still be capable of walk on it. Obviously, you can enjoy a crushed ankle and not be able to put your foot on it, but you might have a hairline fracture, and know how to walk.
Personally, I'd run get an x-ray. If you do not enjoy a fracture, then you will know and can relax. If you do hold a fracture, then you will carry treatment.

i fractured my ankle when i was 12 and walk on it until it healed in need ever getting it set. because it was weaker after the inventive break (and because i'm a bit clumsy), many years following i fractured it again 5 years in a row but have it set and immobilized respectively time. you should get it looked at purely to be sure so you don't end up next to any permanent despoil.
