*Does she own access to a portable CD player? If so, she might wallow in a good music disc... maybe something soothing and relaxing? Don't forget extra battery! :)

Well, I used to hurt my self as ably, whenever i got severly depressed, I used to relesase the depression by adjectives myself and the pain truly helped me temporarly to relax, it grew and grew until some of my close friend found out beside the cuts and bruses.
