You also may have gotten some weed near additives. You can never be sure you're smoking pure weed, and those extra chemicals can do a lot more mar than just weed!
Headache remedies... lots of hose down, low light, no tv, stress, caffeine or crash, several tylenol.
Also, instead of escaping your stress and problems with drugs, try facing up to them and work on fixing them. Pot and other recreational chemicals basically scramble your brain and keep you from thinking.

You should drink greatly of water, that other helps my headache.
Go with it and ride it out until the effect wear off. I will quit for awhile and everytime I re-start I capture a headache too. I have no medical explanation for this although I'm sure at hand is one. If you continue to smoke the effect will jump away but you must decide and I can assure you that not individual will you get a headache etc. you will also quality groggy and sort of swamped out and a bit heavy when you wake up in the morning. The singular remedy for these is not to smoke. And if there is no other benefit, if you are going within to offset some sort of social pressure you will not gain much out of it other than lost time, slothfulness and maybe some other effects such as some sort of social acceptance by those who also smoke. If you enjoy lots of energy and are powerfully driven and dynamic enough and enjoy any doubts as to why you are using it then maybe you should re-analyze such behavior and determine if some sort of alternative isn't better.
I doubt the headache is the aftermath of your high. 5 hits isn't really seriously. I'm not going to tell you not to smoke weed anymore, but at lowest possible be smart about it. Unless you would truly trust someone with your go, don't smoke their weed. You never know what has be added to it. Coke or anything can be added to give it that extra hit. Be alert!! You pick a date sometime inwardly 2-3 weeks of taking the pills; after the first week the doseage gets increased; it starts to brand name cigs feel uneffective, so you start to smoke more, next they start to taste gross, so you start to cut down (you also own to make that choice to try to cut down also), work on adjectives down till you get to your date later just stop on that date. Find some mints or something to saturate the void of the smokes. It is still easier said than done, but let me make clear to you it really takes the edging off and beside determination you can do it! Try using some saline nasal spray. You probably need an antihistimine, close to Benadryl, too.
If you can get an Rx, Zyrtec works wonders for allergies.

I don't know about the migranes. But I own been crying or laughing surrounded by my sleep and I have woke up still crying or laughing. I enjoy also been screaming contained by my sleep and woke up still screaming, I think it is when you enjoy really powerful intense dreams. When I go to bed overdue and don't get righteous sleep this don't happen.
