I think the knob is to: 1.) stay away from bars, or anywhere relatives smoke, including staying away from people who smoke, and 2.) stay valid busy. Good luck. Just keep thinking how black and tar-coated your lungs are, and how pallid your teeth will be. Turn it into something repulsive and you probably won't want it as much. What I did be got a bunch of frozen OJ and made picture after picture. I would drink something like 3 to 4 cups and wait around 10 Min's and then get in the shower and clear up out the nicotine. It takes give or take a few 2days and it worked for me.

Depends on the girls and how materialist they are and vain. If a girl really like you for you it should not matter. You can not backing what your body does or when.
