Anemia Issues?
I have other had anemia (My Hemogloblin count is usually between 8.5-9.5) but even after intake tons of greens and taking iron supps. I am still anemic. Is there anything else I should be doing?? I have my blood drawn a few weeks back and the Lady said my blood be really dark! ( I bleed really natural too) What the hell is up with me? My doc only says save taking Iron, but I want to do more!Any suggestions?

Ok so for the last month i hold noticed my poo have become more like little droplet/balls a bit than a formed poo! sometimethey are really round and a little firm! the other day it hurt to push on out and consequently i noticed blood! however i reckon i just tore something! cuz it simply lasted a lil while! I've had this problem that be caused by my medication. It is better to put in fiber to your diet then to whip fiber pills, but pills are better than nothing. Also add on more fresh fruit to your diet.

I have to agree, especially when it's that time... however you stipulation to take on more dampen, I drink 3 pints a day and I find that it's not so firm now.

during my mesntrual cycle my food is easier to push out not harder. It could be harder because you are parched since you are losing fluid in blood. drink more marine so as to prevent constipationa nd eat more fruits and wholemeal ceral. it should give support to. if you eat more vegetables and bran cereal and drink river there will be no have need of to take bran supplements
