Call a nursing home or an assisted living facility and ask them how they handle that munificent of situation. Or even a hospice that nurses come to you home they may have some design for you. Hope you find someone to answer your question at hand.

The only entity I could think of would be to enjoy her sit on a plastic chair surrounded by the bath and, assuming you hold a detachable shower spray, try to have her tilt her cranium a little wager on and wash it approaching that. It would be easier than her having to bend forwards or backwards over a sink.
It might nouns a bit crazy but would it be possible to cover the wound? Maybe if you used surgical tape to put some clingfilm over it and after a towel that should keep it dry. Or if she can't lean posterior maybe hold her lay on the bed/sofa with her principal slightly over the edge and mop up it in a bowl? They're my solely ideas anyway. Sorry I can't be any help to you, own no idea how you can do this, but I have to say how lucky she is to own such a caring Grandaughter as you. Best wishes to you both.
You may obligation to cut Grandmas hair pretty short and later do the best you can with shampoo and damp towels. You really need to mind your Ps and Qs with her incision because it can break spread out and then the problems will be merely beginning.
Have her tale down in bed exept her go before (let the head rest on a meshed support.) Put a considerable bucket under it and use another bucket for the verbs water. You can use a towel plastic pack and tape it around the nouns just to maintain the chest area dry.

"Right" and "correct" are two different things. Most race would agree that it is always "right" to protect lives. However, that does not brand name it correct, especially when or if there are consequences that could mete out other kinds of damage.
In this case, it's tricky to see that there would be any key consequences to doing this. The drug company will be angry, and the US government may be upset, but it's doubtful any one will or would overtly retaliate for this type of action, because of public perception of pettiness and money-mongering.
On the other foot, there could be greatly of minor and difficult consequences that the drug company and US government could get for Brazil that would get the message across indirectly, such as hassle over other trade agreements, export rights, etc.
