Im thinking of lasik or laser figment of the imagination correction- have anyone have any problems?
I am tired of my contacts and glasses, I am intensely nearsighted. I have thought roughly the lasik thing, but own heard more or less side effects.Answers:
I was in the order of 20/250 before Lasik surgery second year. The procedure was painless, probably due to the Valium they give me. The ride home (as a passenger, of course) was technically uncomfortable, primarily due to light sensitivity. The doctor give me dark goggles, but the reading light was still too bright. I be in some dull pain once I got home (maybe 3 hours post procedure), but I have some left over Vicodin, and took two doses of that. The Vicodin took the border off. Slept fine that hours of darkness. Woke up the next morning, and I COULD SEE FINE! Hallelujah! I be jazzed up about that. I drove myself to my soon check up (an 2 hour round trip) with no problems. For that check up, I be seeing at 20/25, less than 24 hours after the surgery. I go to work that afternoon (doing ultrasound which really requires you to use your eyes). For my one week check up, I was seeing between 20/20 and 20/15. Other than the touch of backache I had post procedure, past I went to bed for the darkness, I had no other problems. I would do it again contained by a heartbeat!
Just one other thing.I go to a doctor who used computerized, lazer equipment. No knives be involved. But, it cost me a pretty penny. I paid $5500 total for both eyes, but I be not comfortable going to a doctor that advertized in the newpaper for $500 per eye. Sometimes you win what you pay for! Good luck to you!

I WAS VERY NEAR-SIGHTED AS WELL. I HAD IT DONE IN THE EARLY 90'S AND IT IS WONDERFUL. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.
I have it done almost two years ago. I was greatly near-sided and I had an astigmatism. My best direction is to do your research. Look for a doctor that has profusely of experience with lasik and like mad of positive feedback from his/her patients. A little research goes a long opening. Why does this Happen when im..?

Help. headache & dizziness?
Ok, for the past couple weeks i enjoy been getting really impossible headaches and lots of dizziness. I call my gastro doctor to make sure it wasn't a side effect of a prescription I'm on... he said that it wasn't. So, I thought maybe allergies, took tylenol sinus. Then singular and claritin every morning. The headache are on the side of my head... and adjectives day my guide is throbbing. I get dizzy probably 3-4 times every hour. I will get up up at 6, eat breakfast, find dressed, watch tv, and by 7:30 when I am departing for school... I am worn out. I can't receive it thru the day. I enjoy tried everything... tylenol, advil, sinus stuff, allergy stuff, etc. I just don't know what to do. I want to figure out what is wrong..my parents are surrounded by san diego and my oldest brother is staying here with me and my other brother.
I can't sit contained by class, I can't focus. I get worn out SO confidently.

are you eating correctly, and getting adequate good sleep? distinctly check with your doctor, because headache and dizziness is a sign of/a side effect of lots of things. if your doctor doesn't seem to be to have an answer, or want to pocket the time to figure it out, step somewhere else and get a second judgment. in the meantime, drink lots of sea, avoid caffine, and rest.

the dizziness I can relate to. Maybe Its brought on by nouns attacks. That used to happen to me adjectives the time until I started seeing a psycologist for anxeity related health problems.
