My sister, she is 31, is having a problem. She is.how do I enunciate this without person gross?? When she goes to the bathroom, marine comes out of her backside. She is not dehydrated. I've never been soaring on drugs, so I don't know if it's the same, but I've feel really good after exercise. OK, so my wallet and my health aren't exactly up to par near my 15 cig-a-day habit at the moment. I've tried the patch, gum, inhaler, Zyban and nil has help so far. (And I've tried quitting at least 10 times, by the passageway.) It's become a ritual of sorts as to where I don't even bother thinking nearly when I go for another-I merely do. I barely attain a buzz from them at this point, and all they're doing is wasting my $$. ANY counsel appreciated!!

COLD TURKEY... found out the key to quitting is have something to do with your hand. it's the HANDS that make you step crazy when they don't have a cigarette to hold. So, a bit then variety sandwiches or consumption candy with my hand, I took to eating ORANGE SLICES. peel the oranges, pulled them apart and ate the pieces. whenever I wanted a cigarette I ate an ginger.. no weight gain , impressively few calories in oranges and inside 5 days, the cravings for cigarettes Totally stopped. I wish I have done this 30 years ago... maybe I could live former 60 if I had.

Well, I'll bring up to date you how I did it. I told my husband that I really wanted to stop smoking. So we made a business, every time that I wanted a cigarette I would impart him a BJ instead, after two weeks he asked me to take smoking backbone up. Bless his heart, he tried:-) I wouldn't recommend it for you though, it's a little rough on the throat:)
i quit smoking something like 6 months ago and im very glowing i did, i can tell you right very soon man its just not going to be smooth no matter how you progress about it. i quit by basically quitting flat out, it was horrable miserable hellish ect. nearby is nothing apposite about the process of kickin the smoking craving, even for a few months after i would be hit by intence cravings that i had to distract myself from. you newly have to be strong and travel through it, if you are able to quit you can other have pride within the fact that you go through such a battle and overcame it. im sorry i enjoy no magic push for. tough it out brother.
