i ve quite smoking for a few days and i be wondering if anyone knows how long the urges to smoke final and if there is any honourable way to matter with them!

I quit cold turkey more than a year ago, and you get hold of the urge once in a while its common, specially because is habit done beside a regular basis.
I did smoke a couple of times while trying to quit, I am not going to fabrication, but just knowing that my form is in a better place immediately, it was adjectives worth it. I ate more, and I did gain a few pounds, but now I'm exercising, and hold more energy adjectives together.
You will quit because you want to and you re life is worth it.
Consider getting a hobbie, or of late doing something that you know is good for you.

Here's what I did:
Set yourself a date to quit. Start an internal dialogue that you will not be a certain age and smoking too. See yourself as you want to be, later imagine it so as habitually as possible leading up to your quit date.

As nicotine disappears from your system, the craving for these sensations disappear also.

Good for you!! I quit too but I did it using the Allen Carr "Easy Way to Quit" book and enjoy really had terribly few withdrawal symptoms. It's be very unforced. I am so glad to be free of the nicotine addiction - slavery. I highly recommend the book.

Every other time I tried to quit, I felt sorry for myself and feel like I be making a huge sacrifice, and I think this is why the previous times messed up. What's the longest you've ever gone short sleep?

I'm on hour 35 right now (yes, I know that's not a lot) and I'm not tired contained by the least. This is in actual fact the best I've felt within a long time. I think I shall sleep after nearly 60 hours.

The longest I go was 49 hours. Then I slept for 12 hours. It be a good sleep.

Sometimes when I have alot of caffiene (at lowest two cups) during the day, when I shift to bed at night, I'll wake up up in the middle of the hours of darkness and be half coming out of sleep when I will acquire this severe vibrating sensation contained by my head. It is seriously as if someone stuck a vibrator within my head... it feel so intense that it hurts... the way it hurts is sensitive of hard to describe... close to when it is going on I get the thought that if it doesn't stop soon I will get brain devastate.
