Preventing headache?

Is there any indisputable way that you can prevent headache? I've been getting them more and more and I be just wondering. I've also notice that I usually get a headache when ever I drink a definite drink which has aspartame within it. I remember reading somewhere that aspartame can trigger migraines but I don't think I enjoy migraines. Could aspartame still give me a pave the way ache anyways?
Answers:
It might be a virtuous idea for you to hang on to a journal of what happen when you get a headache. It might read out if you were really stressed, what you have to eat or drink, etc. This will back you recognize a guide. It seems credible that the aspartame is the cause; however keeping a chronicle may make you aware of another contact to your headaches. Also, a chronicle would be extremely helpful to a doctor if you see one for this problem latter on.
Air out your pillow, so any dust or microscopic bugs dont go into your nostrils while you sleep that can make happen these headaches. It's a suprisingly adjectives cause.

Also, I'd do dome research around migranes to make sure thats what you're problem is to start off with.

I don't know anything almost the aspartame, sorry.
Yes! You May Have ALLERGIES! Try Getting Fresh Air. Try Exercise Such As Walking. Do Not Dwell On One Topic Very Long. You May Need Contacts Or Glasses. You May Have Diabetes,Stroke,High Blood Pressure. Problem With Bright Lights.
Look aspartame up on the internet and you may not like what you fine, I know I didn't. It's used within many of the diet drinks we consume everyday thinking we are doing our bodies suitable and in certainty it is highly toxic. Could highly well motivation you headaches and much much more Not to mention the caffeine clear in your mind drinks contain. Nicotine is another thing to stay away fron if you acquire frequent headaches...condtricts the blood vessel much like caffeine does...hope that help a bit.but do look up aspertame...
Yes it can.

I won't guarantee that this will help- but avoid excess sugar and aspartame, and drink plenty of water. A lot of headache are from insufficient liquid. Also, try not to attain overheated. I'm one of those people that like to be warm, but if I achieve too warm I will grasp a headache.

Another thing to look at is carbon monoxide: That, too, can create headaches.

Good luck!

Headaches @ elevated altitudes?

I currently live in southern california where on earth we are close to sea level--i guess. in good health, when i was traveling to albuquerque a couple years final, i remember that i had a unforgivable headache and was sick the whole time i be there. My friend told me that it be because of the change surrounded by altitude (albuquerque is supposedly higher within altitude) . what caused my headaches/nauseousness? and i am going nearby in a couple weeks... is near any medication that i should take near me?

any advice? of assistance tips?
Answers:
Yes , first the atmospheric pressure is less so more hose escapes you. You dehydrate quickly as you shift up. This is a cause of the headache. - drink water

Another raison d`¨ētre is the fluctuation of your brains cerebrospinal fluid compartments pressure. As you rise in the mountains your internal brain liquid gets more pressure within relation to the external air pressure this is also reflect in blood pressure and the flow of the lymphatics. - YAWN habitually especially when you feel the urge while varying altitudes this will help your eustacian tubes to vent and normalize the pressures, swallowing, or chewing gum to bequeath you something to swallow often also does duplicate thing.

Water, gum and transport it easy, it's much harder on you to do physical work when the constraint for oxygen is high and its availability is lower. Above 5000 foot is about where on earth i start to notice you obligation to breathe more just to break even.
Hard work at giant altitudes or serious playing can cause you a deprivation of oxygen which can also mete out headaches so appropriate it easy while you adjust, it take a while to adjust to different altitudes from sea even it's a big adjustment.

Ob1
altitude causes change in atmospheric pressure which cause headache. For the same judgment people travelling contained by planes also experience headache, nausea etc.mountaineers take oxygen cylinder beside them. There r even some medicines available
Medication tend to be for really high altitude stuff.
Drink lots of hose down, and try gaining altitude slowly, so your body get used to it. If your headache is bad, walk down in altitude for the year, preferably night and later go fund up, walking is best as it is slowest.
Get a supplement from a health food store call 'aerobic oxygen'. It increases your bloods oxy level and as very well your melon. Climbers use it to combat low oxy levels at big elevation.

They could be migraines, or cluster headaches. Go to a migraine trellis site and look at the symptoms. Some symptoms are very indicative of migraines, close to nausea, vision disturbances, and intolerance to buoyant and sound.
You don't mention your age or if the headache have suddenly appeared out of nowhere, or if you enjoy been getting them for a while.
You really should seize checked by a doctor to rule out any extraordinary causes, but, regrettably, if you get diagnosed beside migraines, there's not much they can do for you.
You may have a sinus infection that cause these particular headache. Also, are you having them after you do or drink something in one (e.g. after a workout, or after you eat dairy, or cheese etc?).
You can usually check for a sinus infection (even if you have no other marked signs) by taking decongestant for a couple days. Either way, though, you should see your doctor.

If the heart, lung, and liver can be transplanted, why not the eyes? What could be some exact difficulties

I stumbled upon this question contained by my Anatomy and Physiology book in the critical thinking question section within the Nervous System chapter.
Answers:
The optic nerve runs from the hindmost of the eye to the brain - sending info on what we see, etc. In order to remove the eye the effrontery would have to be cut. Once cut in that is no way of reattaching it - eyesight is gone.

However, the cornea of the eye can be transplanted. ;-)
They can, for over a decade presently I think.

Maybe your books outdated.
I swear I've see it one the news. It's not 100%. But I do believe their are donors and recipient.

Perhaps I am 50% wrong twice, check the link below.

It's not the complete eye, but appearently it's rather common!
say who? a friend of mine had an eye transplant. She be able to achieve a donor. now she can see...
Dude,

The eyes are connected directly to the brain, unlike the heart, lung, and liver.
Hi

Eyes are self donated and surgeries being held to impart those eyes since ages

http://eyedonation.org/history.html...

For eye donation following things must be kept in mind
Eyes must be removed in 4-6 hours after death, and the nearest eye mound should be informed immediately.

Eyes may be removed solitary by a trained doctor.

The eye bank troop will remove the eyes at the home of the deceased or at a hospital.

Eye removal take only 10 to 15 minutes, is simple and does not front to any disfigurement.

Please remember that only the transparent subsection of the eyes called cornea is taken out and not the full eye bubble.

A small quantity of blood will be drawn to rule out communicable diseases.

The eyes can be pledged to any eye guard preferably the nearest one.

The identities of both the donor and the receiver remain confidential.

One pair of eyes give vision to TWO corneal blind those.

Eye donors can belong to any age group or sex.

People who use spectacles, short sightedness, long sightedness or astigmatism or even those operated for cataract can still donate, as these conditions may not affect the cornea.

Patients who are diabetics, those suffering from hypertension, asthma patients and those in need communicable diseases can also donate eyes.

Persons who were infected beside or died from AIDS, Hepatitis B or C, rabies, septicemia, acute leukemia, tetanus, cholera, meningitis or encephalitis cannot donate eyes.

Eyes donated to The Eye-Bank that are not medically suitable for transplant may be used for medical research and education.

Answers:
CONGRATULATIONS, when are you due?
Maybe you are pregnant??
mayb ur pregnant
you are either pregnant or intuition ghetto.
I always look at cravings as your body recounting you that you need something contained by particular (salt, vitamins, etc). Hot sauces hold spices that actually can increase your metabolism. Your body may be wanting to 'heat up" or increase a physical drive.
we adjectives get cravings at one time or another and you don't own to be pregnant to have them=it is usually something missing surrounded by our bodies that makes us crave things

Is within a faultless number of times eyelashes grow stern past they stop growing at adjectives??

My neice has be plucking her eyelashes for years now. And we keep hold of telling her to stop formerly she doesn't have any anymore. Usually she just plucks a couple, but now she's gone and plucked them adjectives out! She's freaking out because she's scared that they'll never grow subsidise. We've looked on the internet but can't find anything helpful. And her science guru told her one day within class because he noticed her plucking at them that "Be tight-fisted, eyelashes only grow posterior 60 times in your lifetime previously they stop" And I havent been competent to find anything to prove him wrong. So now she's unnerved. I think she's literary her lesson about them, but please, does anyone know anything that will soothe her fears? She's honestly worried out of her wits.
Answers:
here is a link to someone who have your question on another site: http://www.netwellness.org/question.cfm/...

The honest news is that eyelashes do grow posterior. The bad communication is that the fact that she pulls them out signifies a disorder call Trichotillomania (the compulsive desire to pull out spine including eyebrows and eyelashes). Many people "freak out" after they've plucked adjectives their eyelashes, but that doesn't necessarily stop them from doing it the next time they are stressed out. However, if do a search out for it online, you'll see that it is pretty common (especially surrounded by women) and there are closely of different ways to help cure it.

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/...

pious luck and don't worry--your neice's eyelashes will be back surrounded by no time! (That science teacher be a jerk!)
:)
her eyelashes or her eyebrows? ive never hear of anyone plucking their eyelashes lol.

also, hair is made from excess protein within your body. unless she doesnt eat ANYTHING beside protein in it,im pretty sure that they will grow support.
Fret not. The lashes will grow eventually and there is no statistics to confirm that it'll grow simply 60 times.

I want to go and get my ears gauge?

i dont really want to just pierce them at a regular piercing and then dawdle 6 months to start stretching...and if i get a bigger evaluate right away with those hollow needles ...will it still close next?
Answers:
if you dont stretch them too big then you can expect them to shrink support to the gauge you pierced them near. If you want to shorten the amount of time it takes to streatch later i wouldn't pierce any bigger then 14 or 16 assess. And you could probobly start streatching earlier after 6 months.
