How does sunlight give support to surrounded by Osteoporosis?

Answers:
Sunlight is required by the human body to synthesize natural Vitamin D: Vitamin D(cholecalciferol) is needed to uphold normal blood level of Calcium(very small) and productive deposition of Calcium in bone matrix.
For oodles years, commercial "enriched" milk has provided a synthetic form of vitamin D and it is stored within the normal liver.
Vitamin D, one of the four solid soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K) all hold the potential for toxicity if consumed surrounded by excessive amounts. The natural production, through the bodies processing of Vitamin D, does gone this risk
It does?? Who said?
It does not help!
Osteoporosis is when your bones are brittle, and porous. Sunlight can tolerate the light through your bones! Ha ha!
sunlight help with the calcium and vitamin D needed for bone strength.
I'm not sure if it help Osteoporosis, but Early Morning Sun light is a source of Vitamin D.
Ummm... I'm not sure if it does oblige with that... I know that another enduring disease called cholera be caused because of the drought of sunlight around the Early Industrialized Revolution years though... It is a disease where your bones achieve out of shape... Bendy... Oooh...
hey,
my dad have osteo
its really horrible stuff
sunlight does jack all
milk and procim tablets do the trick
Sunlight on the skin induces endogenous vitamin D production. Which is noted near those with Osteoporosis is incomplete, along with calcium etc. As this hits the elderly mostly
a bit of thaw sun is welcome.
Since Vitamin D present surrounded by sunlight help us to occupy the calcium from our diet, which in turn strengthens the bones, it is notably recommended in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Vitamin D is readily found in slippery fish, in tinned foods such as marinated herring, sardines, salmon and mackerel, and may also be developed within your skin, if you get plenty of sun. In summertime, the elderly are advise to be out in the sun for at tiniest 1/2 to one hour per day.
it is a bone problem mostly next to women, Sunlight gives vitamin D.

Whats a perfect engerizer?

I've been inactive lately...
Answers:
The only mode for your body to generate energy is by sleep. The body runs on an electric current explicitly recharged when you sleep. Food is used as fuel to create this, but food itself does not create energy.

Caffeine and other drugs cannot create activeness in the body. All they do is stimulate the body to use up reserve spirit that already existed in the body, departure you even more drained out than before.

So get hold of enough sleep. How much is adequate? The correct answer to this question is "if you CAN sleep, you NEED sleep".

Many individuals have a huge sleep debt. When they grasp off of stimulating foods and chemicals, they start to receive more touch with their body and realize how tired they really are. Initially they may inevitability what seems approaching an excess amount of sleep each dark, but it is not an excess at all. Even if it take 16 hours of sleep for a week, it would be just what the body ordered.

After allowing oneself as much sleep as they can, and intake a healthier diet (lots of rare - uncooked - fruits and leafy greens close to lettuce and celery), the need for sleep will normalize, but will probably be at smallest 8 hours a night.

Good luck!

It's cause by a sudden drop in your blood pressure. It's call a "headrush", not too serious, usually when you stand up too quickly. If it happen quite frequently, you should travel see a doctor and keep an eye on your blood pressure.
Inner ear infection cause by tinitus gives you a funny sense in your falcate canal.Keep past its sell-by date coffee and computer for a few days and you should feel better.
It's not serious if it go after a moment.. Vertigo may simply be due to the change contained by attitude affecting the flow of oil surrounded by the ear. If it continues I find travel sickness tablets fix the problem.
Ive always have low blood pressure & this is a symptom that I have still I suggest going to the docs to seize your bp checked as it could be something else possibly an inner ear problem..which I've had surrounded by the past & messes up your thought of balance.
It could be a headrush if you stand up too quick. Happens to me all the time. BUT you might want to hold yourself checked out for an inner ear infection as well. This should solely happen if you stand up too efficient.

I hold problem next to reaccuring nightmare, details inside.?

When i was younge, i started goin throught a really doomed to failure time in my energy and some bad things enjoy happened, presently about 5 years subsequently after it ended, i keep hold of having nightmares roughly it and i cant stand it anymore! what can i do?!?!
Answers:
If you recognize the source of the nightmares later talking it out next to a good listener will bring the bleak memories out in the accessible where you can do business with them better. The more you can take back the quicker you will get over it. Suppressing the dreams or memory singular prolongs the agony. You might try writing a journal recall every detail of your bad memories but I can narrate you now it harder consequently you think. I suggest that you adopt the bad dreams and tolerate with them. With time their bite will lessen. I know I be plagued for years with them.
They is something that triggers your nightmares. I suggest going over them and relax up to that time bed. Don't watch fearsome movies 9those could trigger), and scary books. Try to scrutinize no electronics at least 30 minutes past you go to bed, and relax. If not, conceivably you want to look into a therapist. They could converse about your nightmares and see why your have them =)
Write out every detail of what happened when the nightmares FIRST started.. The write out everything in the order of the nightmare, next write out everything going on within your life as of presently or when you started having them again. Compare them to respectively other. Maybe a co-worker or if your in college maybe a friend is treating you away that your subconscious connects next to an old memory triggering your dreams to come spinal column. Also look into your dreams for things that can be interpreted to fit the situation. After you write it out and tell yourself up to that time bed OK I am going to dream about ....... doesn`t matter what it is most likely because you made yourself aware since going to sleep your mind won't wonder into those depths again.
Dreams are messages about yourself, from yourself and to yourself. Because you hold had them surrounded by the past and presently in the present this indicates to me that within are underlying reasons that you have need of to address. Remember that you are every entity in your dream. To fully construe you need to monitor every aspect and angle. Look up Gestalt - he did profoundly of of dream and psychology research

What's up when you flex a muscle surrounded by your ear and hear a nouns?

It's really hard to explain, but if you flex a muscle contained by your ear, there's a sound approaching some kind of boulder is anyone dragged in your ear.
Answers:
You're imagined opening your eustachian tube. Behind your eardrum is the middle ear. It is a cavity explicitly filled next to air. There is a tube that runs from the middle ear cavity down to your throat. Its purpose is to equalize the upper air pressure in the middle ear next to the air pressure on the outside (your environment).
Typically, the Etube stays shut. When you yawn, chew, swallow etc...it open and the air pressure equalizes. You are probable hearing the tube hole and closing. Flexing a small muscle in your throat can do that.
In other words.it's zilch to worry roughly speaking.
you must have godlike control to control a muscle within your ear
I think that might be your eardrum moving around some??
Maybe dampen in your ear?
That's the nouns of your ear getting "toned". DOH!

I crack myself up...
I know just what you connote, though many those don't realize they have that muscle. Well, it's not really a muscle contained by your ear, but in your throat. Your inner ears are connected to your throat by small tubes and the surrounding muscles constrict these tubes when you swallow or yawn, and some ancestors figure out how to do this consciously as in good health.
What you're hearing is the stiffness in those muscles. The with the sole purpose reason you can hear it at adjectives is because of the close distance. The tubes also alter the sound, much indistinguishable way your voice sounds different to you when you speak, and that's why it sounds similar to boulders.
Either that, or you have rocks contained by your head.

My typical body heat is 97.9, what should my heat be to be considered a restlessness?

My mother and my daughter are the same passageway, sometimes our temperatures are even lower. There enjoy been different occassions where on earth myself or my daughter has feel sick only to hold nurses tell us we're fine after taking our temperature. Recently my daughter went to the arts school nurse who told her she didn't have a restlessness and when my daughter came home she have a temperature of 99.1 and be weak. It turned out she have a stomach virus.
When my son was born the nurse told us he wouldn't be released from the hospital until his temp reach 98.6. When my mother and I explained that the both of us and my daughter are normally below 98.0 the nurse only ignored us.

I realize that 98.6 is the standard but is it unreasonable to consider that anything below to be precise also normal?
Answers:
The cutoff that physicians use for 'true' confusion is 100.4 degrees, and it's matching for everybody.

Now, granted many ethnic group will have temperature lower than 98.6 when well, but it's a misconception that this scheme your fever threshold is lower than what it is for others. When we are resourcefully, our temperature as a rule fluctuates between around 96 and 99 degrees. Taken vocally, temperature can really fluctuate depending on how long it's be since you've eaten or drunk something hot or cold.

Now, to address your scenario about your sick daughter whose temp was 99.1. When someone get sick (with a cold, or what have you), he/she can surface really bad and still not hold a fever. I guess what I'm trying to articulate is that just because the medical community didn't sticky label the 99.1 as a fever, doesn't plan that the illness wasn't valid. Temperature is simply a tool that health professionals use as a piece of the puzzle when trying to integer out what's wrong with someone who's sick. It should never be used to wish that "This person is not sick because she doesn't hold a fever."
As for your son, I'm sorry the nurse disregarded you--there would have be better ways to handle the situation. Chances are that they be taking rectal temperatures on your son, and they are more reliable than oral ones (they're also usually give or take a few a degree higher). Newborns that can't prolong normal body heat can be giving an early sign that they're particularly very sick. They be just mortal cautious.

Anyways, I hope I be able to clear up a bit of the seeming discrepancy something like what fever is and isn't. It really boils down to the stipulation for the medical world to agree on where to draw the row and then stick to it.
i believe 100 is have fever really unpromising, thats when you need to dance to see a doctor or do something, but 98.6 is having a hallucination already.....
99.5 and above is when you probably have a hallucination.
I think you should stick to watchin out for urself when ur restlessness is like 100 and up. But at 99 u needa start bundling up and drinking alot of sea and taking acetamenophin er wutever its called, (painkillers) so you dont receive worse.
My Mom and I both have "low" temperature normally - around 97.3-97.7F. When I gain a 99+F fever, I start impression pretty crappy. I guess everyone is used to hearing a "normal" heat is 98.6 makes them regard that 99 shouldn't make someone grain horrible. Since we run low temperatures generally, our bodies start to feel "out of sorts" when we gain a fever of 99. I totally appreciate what you're going through!
99.5 is considered a fever, when taken vocally.

98.6 is not a fever, something way you cut it, even if you average something lower.
Frankly I wouldn't trust anyones assessment on this forum for a question such as this, we really aren't qualified to answer this ask due to the fact that your bodies function contained by a different way than ours, for us it would be a slight frenzy to be over 99... for you that may be a more extreme fever than the rest of us. I would recommend looking at www.webmd.com for information on anyone else who may share your anomaly
There are closely of people who own body temps that are out of what would be considered normal ranges. Everyone is different and in consequence body temp will vary. Regarding have a fever....most strength care providers are not concerned until a temp reach 100.4 (keeping in mind that the character in ask is has a everyday body temp of 98.6). If your body temp is lower then you should be equally concerned when your temp change by 2 degrees. Regarding newborn.....its very offensive for a newborn to regulate his body temp, that's prob why the hospital would not discharge him. His body temp will prob be lower than normal as capably but we cant make that assumption. Babies can not heat themselves under a blanket close to we can...and that can lead to a unsafe situation.
FYI, you might want to get your thyroid checked...low body temp can be cause by an under involved thyroid.
I am pretty sure 97.9 is perfectly fine

Have Migraines everyday, Dr. put me on Topamax, and it knock me out, anyone else embezzle this?

Been having migraines everyday, so doomed to failure, it's to the crying point and they thought it was sinus or allergy and next had a cat scan and said it be migraines, and the dr. put me on Topamax. Took the first one yesterday, which, they said you take one, one a daytime the first week, then two, second week, consequently three, the third, then finally the fourth week, 100 milligrams everyday, so your body will acquire used to it. Is it normal it knock me out the first time I took the pill, or not? I did take it during the hours of daylight, which the dr. told me I could, and it says to appropriate it at night, so I go on and took another one around 1 a.m. last darkness to get into the hours of darkness deal so I won't be sleepy within the day, but, it have helped, I discern like I I'm getting a migraine but it's not close to normally, almost crying...anyone transport this for migraines, anyone have duplicate symtom, or am I allergic? Also, anyone taking it, does it help, and after the month do the symtoms, sleepiness progress away?
Answers:
i take topamax, 100mg every darkness. it's a great drug for migraine prevention, if you can handle it. the first time i took it, i did it equal way you did, 25mg for a week, and up 25mg a week until i made it to 100mg. that knock me out, and i wasn't able to function. i also have memory problems and i was uncontrolled. i had to stir off of it. however, i have a couple friends with chronic migraines who be taking topamax and swore by it. so i took a chance and tried it again a year next. only this time i tried it slower because i know how tired it made me. i took 25mg for a month, and increased incredibly slowly after that, and it took me probably 4 months to get up to 100 mg. also, don't bring the pills at 1am. they knock you out girl. i usually go to bed at 1am, however i will start taking my pills as soon as i can, consequence, as soon as i know i don't have to be driving. if i can rob those pills at 8pm, i will. it's best to take them at like time, but that's not always practical. but if i take them at 1am, i will never take my a** out of bed in the morning. supply them time to work, give them a few months. even if you go and get other symptoms, that's what all of my friends told me, suck it up and appropriate it for a few months to wait out the symptoms because you'll be glad you did. i be glad i did, it has be such a breakthrough in the migraine grazing land! anyway, I'm rambling. pious luck with your migraines, i procure them a few times a week, and i know how awful they are.
I take max-O-melt it seem to do the trick for me...and I don't fall asleep bad of it...and just almost anything knocks me out even dayquill
you cud be allergic to something, probably ur dr can run allergy tests1
Since you just started the meds you want to give it time. Take the pills at bedtime (not 1 AM) and do this for the first week. If you still touch way to drugged out next call your doc and report this to him. If you don't have a feeling drugged out the next daylight when you take it at influence 9 or 10 PM then verbs as your doc prescribed. IF THIS doesn't work then in attendance are tons of other drugs the doc can try for migraine prevention. Do give this med a try though but clutch it at night and embezzle it earlier than 1 AM.
try msm from you vigour food store, sounds like something missing from you diet, msm kill most pain too

When 7-year-old Lauren Washington get headaches, they hit so firm she has to start out school. Her mother say she vomits and is laid out for hours.

To make matter worse, both Tiffanie and Lauren often find debilitating headache at the same time. Both discovered they suffer equal problem: a deviated septum.

Doctors say deviated septum is a sinus problem cause by trauma at birth or a nose injury next in duration.

Dr. Kevin Smith is an ear, nose, and throat specialist at the Smith Cosmetic Surgery Center. He believes several people in fact suffer from rhinogenic headaches or a headache cause by something in their muzzle.

"In this case, I regard there's a sub-set of patients who've been misdiagnosed and told they own migraines," says Smith.

Tiffanie and Lauren are both considering a modern, cutting-edge sinus treatment to stop their headaches. The procedure removes unneeded tissue and bone, replacing it beside a new balloon sinuplasty.

FOX 26's Melissa Wilson only just visited Smith at Memorial Hermann Hospital-Texas Medical Center as he perform the operation.

"Rather than just going contained by and biting away tissue and tearing it out, you can preserve closely of it and allow the sinus to ventilate and win air into it, similar to it normally should," Smith said.

The procedure open sinus cavities equal way doctors interested clogged arteries. A guide wire help lead a tiny balloon into the nostrils to approachable up blockages. This actually fractures the bones and spreads them apart to variety the sinus openings lastingly wider. There is no cutting, bruising or swelling.

Smith say the amazing thing in the region of this surgery is many patients come contained by complaining of a splitting headache, but by the time they leave they seldom hold a headache again.

Sharon White agrees. She underwent sinus surgery 4-weeks ago after suffering severe headache every single day for years.

She told FOX 26 News, "I haven't have one since I had the surgery, so that's a fitting thing. It's a big difference."

More than 90 percent Smith's patients utter this procedure ends their headaches.

The procedure be recently approved by the FDA, and robustness insurance usually covers the cost.
I took topamax 5 years ago for my seizure disorder. You will draw from better. It is just messing around beside the chemicals in your brain. Topamax is a strong drug. I have diarrhea at first. Sleep alot. At about week three I started not mortal able to subtract or set off my check book. I had to own my sister count out my pills (you know how the dose goes up every week). After roughly 6 weeks everything got better. It also made me not hungry I lost around 50 lbs ( I needed to anyway so that was a plus). I enjoy a seizure disorder and it contolled them. I hear it works for headache but you will have to be merciful. I quit taking it after a couple of years because it made me jittery. I was have road rage and snapping at my son. I cogitate it had only just ran it's course which is true surrounded by alot of meds. I would take it again if the meds I am on very soon stopped working.

Some Complications from LASIK Surgery:

A subconjunctival hemorrhage is a adjectives and minor post-LASIK complication. The incidence of refractive surgery patients having unresolved complications six months after surgery have been estimated from 3% to 6%. The following are some of the more frequently reported complications of LASIK:

Dry eyes
Overcorrection or undercorrection
Visual acuity fluctuation
Halos or starbursts around night light sources at night
Light sensitivity
Ghosts or double phantasm
Wrinkles in flap (striae)
Decentered ablation
Debris or growth below flap
Thin or buttonhole flap
Induced astigmatism
Corneal Ectasia
Epithelium erosion
Posterior vitreous detachment
Macular hole
Complications due to LASIK have be classified as those that occur due to preoperative, intraoperative, impulsive postoperative, or late postoperative sources:

Intraoperative complications
The incidence of flap complications have been estimated to be 0.244%. Flap complications (such as displaced flaps or folds surrounded by the flaps that necessitate repositioning, diffuse lamellar keratitis, and epithelial ingrowth) are common contained by lamellar corneal surgeries but rarely front to permanent optical acuity loss; the incidence of these microkeratome-related complications decreases near increased physician experience. This risk is further reduced by the use of IntraLasik and other non-microkeratome related approaches.
A slipped flap (a corneal flap that detaches from the rest of the cornea) is one of the most common complications. The probability of this are greatest immediately after surgery, so patients typically are advise to go home and sleep to permit the flap heal. A faster operation may fall the chance of this complication, as nearby is less time for the flap to dry.
Flap interface particle are another finding whose clinical significance is undetermined. A Finnish study found that particles of an assortment of sizes and reflectivity were clinically distinct in 38.7% of eyes examined via slit hurricane lantern biomicroscopy, but apparent within 100% of eyes using confocal microscopy.

Early postoperative complications
The incidence of diffuse lamellar keratitis (DLK), also known as the Sands of Sahara syndrome, have been estimated at 2.3%. When diagnosed and appropriately treated, DLK resolves near no lasting fantasy limitation.
The incidence of infection responsive to treatment have been estimated at 0.4%. Infection beneath the corneal flap is possible. It is also possible that a patient have the genetic condition keratoconus that causes the cornea to spare after surgery. Although this condition is screened surrounded by the preoperative exam, it is possible in few and far between cases (about 1 in 5,000) for the condition to remain dormant until then in duration (the mid-40s). If this occurs, the merciful may need rigid gas permeable contact lenses, Intrastromal Corneal Ring Segments (Intacs), Corneal Collagen Crosslinking next to Riboflavin or a corneal transplant.
The incidence of persistent dry eye have been estimated to be as elevated as 28% in Asian eyes and 5% surrounded by Caucasian eyes. Nerve fibers in the cornea are noteworthy for stimulating tear production. A year after LASIK, subbasal courage fiber bundles remain reduced by more than half. Some patients experience reactive tear, in bit to compensate for chronic decreased basal wet tear production.
The incidence of subconjunctival hemorrhage have been estimated at 10.5%.

Late postoperative complications
The incidence of epithelial ingrowth have been estimated at 0.1%.
Glare is another commonly reported complication of those who own had LASIK.
Halos or starbursts around bright lights at dark are caused by the irregularity between the lasered element and the untouched part. It is unworkable to perform the surgery so that it covers the girth of the pupil at full dilation at night, and the pupil may expand so that table lamp passes through the limit of the flap into the pupil. In daytime, the pupil is smaller than the edge. Modern equipment is better suited to treat those beside large pupils, and responsible physicians will check for them during nouns.
Late traumatic flap dislocations have be reported 1–7 years post-LASIK.

Other
Although there enjoy been a quantity of improvements in LASIK technology, a massive body of conclusive evidence on the chances of long-term complications is not all the same in place. Also, within is a small chance of complications, such as slipped flap, corneal infection, haziness, radiance, or glare. The procedure is irreversible.

The incidence of macular hole have been estimated at 0.2% to 0.3%.

The incidence of retinal detachment have been estimated at 0.36%.

The incidence of choroidal neovascularization have been estimated at 0.33%.

The incidence of uveitis have been estimated at 0.18%

Although the cornea usually is thinner after LASIK because of the removal of cut of the stroma, refractive surgeons strive to maintain a minimum solidity in writ to not structurally weaken the cornea. Decreased atmospheric pressure at better altitudes has not be shown to be extremely dangerous to the eyes of LASIK patients. However, some mountain climbers hold experienced a myopic shift at extreme altitudes. There are no published reports documenting diving-related complications after LASIK.

Laser in situ keratomileusis increases highly developed order wavefront aberration of the cornea. Glasses do not correct higher decree aberrations.

Microfolding have been reported as "an almost inevitable complication of LASIK" whose "clinical significance appears negligible".

Persons who are myopic (near sighted) and are close to the age where they will stipulation reading glasses or bifocals (usually contained by the mid to late 40 years of age), may find that they obligation reading glasses after have refractive surgery, such as LASIK. People with myopia commonly require reading glasses or bifocals at a following age than people near are emmetropic (people who can see clearly without glasses) but this benefit is lost if Lasik is perform. This is not a complication but an expected result of the physical laws of optics.

The FDA have found no long term effects from LASIK surgery.
no side effects but can c better everything u want
?
The risks outlined below apply to both PRK and LASIK procedures. The likelihood of having a serious vision-threatening complication are minimal, and within have be no reported cases of blindness following either PRK or LASIK.

Infection and delayed restorative: There is about a 0.1 percent arbitrariness of the cornea becoming infected after PRK, and a somewhat smaller chance after LASIK. Generally, this funds added discomfort and a delay within healing, near no long-term effects within a length of four years.

Undercorrection/Overcorrection... It is not possible to predict immaculately how your eye will respond to laser surgery. As a result, you may still need corrective lenses after the procedure to secure good delusion. In some cases, a second procedure can be done to improve the result.

Decrease surrounded by Best-Corrected Vision: After refractive surgery, some patients find that their best obtainable perception with corrective lenses is worse than it be before the surgery. This can materialize as a result of irregular tissue removal or the development of corneal smog.

Excessive Corneal Haze: Corneal haze occur as part of the ordinary healing process after PRK. In most cases, it have little or no effect on the final vision and can single be seen by an eye doctor beside a microscope. However, there are some cases of excessive film that interferes with trance. As with undercorrections, this can habitually be dealt next to by means of an auxiliary laser treatment. The risk of significant haze is much smaller quantity with LASIK than beside PRK.

Regression: In some patients the effect of refractive surgery is gradually lost over several months. This is similar to an undercorrection, and a re-treatment is often realistic.

Halo Effect: The halo effect is an optical effect specifically noticed within dim light. As the pupil enlarge, a second faded image is produced by the untreated lateral cornea. For some patients who have undergone PRK or LASIK, this effect can interfere near night driving.

Flap Damage or Loss (LASIK only): Instead of creating a hinged flap of tissue on the inner cornea, the entire flap could come off. If this be to occur it could be replaced after the laser treatment. However, near is a risk that the flap could be damaged or lost.

Distorted Flap (LASIK only): Irregular health-giving of the corneal flap could create a distorted corneal shape, resulting in a grow less of best-corrected vision.

Incomplete Procedure: Equipment problem may require the procedure to be stopped before completion. This is a more significant factor within LASIK, with its high degree of complexity, than within PRK.

Problems with a Perfect Procedure: Even when everything go perfectly, near are effects that might cause some dissatisfaction. Older patients should be aware that they can't hold both good distance delusion and good close by vision surrounded by the same eye lacking corrective lenses. Some myopic patients rely on their myopia (by taking off their specs, or by wearing a weaker prescription) to allow them to read. Such a patient may stipulation reading glasses after the myopia is surgically corrected. Another consideration is the difficulty between eye treatments. If one eye is being done at a time, after the eyes may not work well together during the time between treatments. If a contact lens is not tolerated on the unoperated eye, work and driving may be awkward or impossible until the second eye have been treated.

Is Liposurgery a biddable method of immensity diminution ?

Answers:
Yes, and no. It takes away obese and permanently removes some hefty cells, but you will still entail to exercise and tone your body up, if not you will still 'look' portly
Liposurgery is not a suitable method of weight weakening. These operations simply remove "fat masses" and decline shape, size and circumference of a part of the body. Some consignment reduction is incidental. Is Liposurgery result undying? Yes; it is permanent. The amount of solid under the skin is determined by the number of living cell packed near fat. Liposurgery removes permanantly considerable number of such cell containing fat, departure a much smaller number. This number does not increase later on.
No. It should single be used after dieting to contour a few trouble spots, e.g., saddlebags on the hips.
