Okay I've been taking an over the counter sleeping pill for over a year. I purloin half of one a hours of darkness. It says to filch two at night, but 1/2 of one help me sleep. I am an insomniac. Is there any serious risks near doing this, if so what are they? The ingredient is diphenhydramine. Oh and it's the only tablets I take. ThanksAnswers:
Diphenhydramine is in truth Benadryl. It's an antihistamine, or an anti-allergic medication. It is also used for insomnia, as well as anxiety.

Yes I enjoy heard of this previously - as I take out -it is NOT dyslexia but a mild form of autism. I am researching several drugs, Coumadin is one of them. I do not similar to Coumadin because because of the multitude of side effects, like brain hemorrhage and bleeding gut. I just just this minute failed a drug audition for benzo's on April 23rd, but the last time I have taken them was on April 8th. Previous to this I have taken either xanax, ativan, or clonezapam almost day by day (I'd say at lowest 5 of the 7 days during the week) since October. I had physical withdrawls for days after have to stop which included vomiting and insomnia. My probation officer says benzos are solitary in your system for 7 days MAX. But I would enjoy to disagree because I have read lots reports saying depending on how regularly you took benzo's depends on the duration they are in your system. Ugh, I have central nausea and puke when i get migraines--- i will puke even after the migraine is medicated and gone.
I am not sure exactly why it happen, but I know phenegran has save my life! The anti-nausea medication help like you won't believe.
If you don't obtain them often, you can hold benadryl (phenegran is a stronger prescription type of anti-histamine----benadryl is an antihistamine)..OR take dramamine (for motion sickness)--it works, I be in a pinch a few times when I be w/o medication and used dramamine, it worked great.
