Methadone is a nasty drug because it is so unpredictable. Doctors try to push it because they dread prescribing common opiates. Some of it is from a dread of backlash if a patient become addicted by abusing the medication. The greater factor is potential that they fear elected representatives scruitny.
Almost every doctor I have gone to see have wanted to prescribe it for my chronic distress. I have to maintain reminding some of them that I will fall asleep while standing up and I lose adjectives my memory! I wonder why they persist so.
