Excessive flatulance/abdominal discomfort?

For the past 7 years ive have a problem with producing excessive flatulance. I can put in the picture its not normal because it almost seem like constantly im trying to "hold it back". Im 19 years infirm now.

Within times past year, ive noticed it get worse whenever i ate dairy products, so i cut them out of my diet and did some research and found that lactose intolerence could be the culprit. However, even without intake any dairy products, its still there, not as impossible as before, but still to an humiliated point. Ive also cut soda out of my diet, just to be sure.

Its not newly excessive flatulance, but also sharp pains in my stomach and sides (randomly uncommon) and overly-softened stool (not comparatively diarrhea).

Ive tried activated charcoal tablets and taking pepto bismal, but both simply helped slightly. I havent tried anything close to gas-x, because the description isnt what im in inevitability of.

My question is: what could be the problem? IBS? Another food allergy? Im liable to try anything.

Frequent turn and smelly?

For the last 2 months I hold had frequent (about every 20 - 30 mins) turn and its smelly too. I never had this problem in the past and I have not changed my diet. The individual thing different is I own increased my exercise (which im sure cannot be linked). My tummy seems more swollen and even though i enjoy increaded my exercise (training for a 1/2 matharon) I haven't lost any weight (im almost 1 stone over weight). I have a highish roughage diet (fruit and fiber in the morning, wholemeal bread and well 5 portions of fruit and veg a day - I aslo probably devour too much sugary food - biscuits etc!) But as I said my diet hasn't changed. I have hear that B12 and Charcoal tablets might help - will they be a makeshift soluation or when i stop taking them will the problem have sorted it self out.

If anyone have any suggestions or has used b12 or charcoal to relief with this problems i'd really resembling to hear from you as obviously this is have a bit of an impact on my life!

When i slept 12 hours final dark, why am i still tired?

You have too much sleep. This is not a sarcastic answer, it really happen when you sleep too much.
Because when you sleep too much, you feel even more tired. It happen to me too when I sleep more than 8 hours. Try taking a shower and then following it by a 10 second cold wet shower. It really wakes you up and get your blood circulating.
Sometimes too much sleep can make you groggy and consistency like you obligation more sleep. Becareful doing that too much because it will keep you run down and tired adjectives the time!
All the answers are right...you've slept too much. I do that, too and am always tired. Try making yourself gain up at the same time respectively day. That will really sustain with your sleeping pattern. That's easier said than done, though, but you have to discipline yourself to do it.

Cutting... what should i do?

ok im about 17 and enjoy gone through soo much crap in my existence its not even funny! I used to cut and had stoped later year after i had finaly told my familial. But the other day i only just couldnt take it anymore soo i cut. I want to give an account my mom but i no she will just screech at me!
My mother boyfriend runs her life and adjectives us kids as well. I dislike him soo much and want to to just run away! He is about 20 years elder then my mom and b/c he have money thinks he can of late tell us what to do. My mom is newly "soo in love" next to him that she doent care going on for us kids! Get relief at school - see your school counselor. I am a third year medical student and I can't stress enough how danderous it is to cut yourself. You probably reason that its no big deal because your not adjectives that deep but you could carry a serious maybe even cruel infection-so STOP and get serve. Who cares if your mom yell at you! Do you have an mature that you can sit down with and agree to? Maybe a relative, a preacher, or a teacher? That would be a polite first step.

I suggest you try cutting out caffeine tomorrow (maybe one drink within the morning only), and restricting your drinking in the evening. If your problem persist, see your doctor the following day for her/his judgment.
If u have a fatty intake of liquid diet
later it's normal

otherwise usually its a kidney related problem
a moment ago consult a doctor who can help u surrounded by this

sometimes kidneys become a bit weak, u r simply 19 and god forbid if there is any problem it can economically be rectifies

I probably have like peas in a pod problem as you. I need to stir to the toilet very normally. It's not like, suddenly I'll really inevitability to pee and might not be able to hold it contained by before I cause it to the toilet. It's just that after peeing 15 minutes ago, I discern like I really requirement to go again, but when I do step its like, a few drops. I inevitability to go to the toilet RIGHT beforehand I go to bed, otherwise I can't seize to sleep. I can't sit through a whole movie in need going to the toilet once or twice.

We are just really miserable and have delicate bladders. There are those exercises that strengthen your vaginal muscles, called the Kegel exercises or pelvic floor exercises. They're usually used by society who want to strengthen their orgasms...but they do strengthen your bladder too. A google search will bring up plenty of sites explaining the exercises. Seeing results from the exercises take persistence and restraint. Personally, the exercises only made a tiny difference, but it might work differently on respectively individual.
