Hi! How tall you'll be is in fact genetic. It depends on your parents' gene whether they belong to tall or short stature gene. It also depends on individual physical condition whether you belong to the type that grow towering faster or the slower growth type. I know of some teenagers who are rather small size and short when I first saw them but latter on grew to be much taller than before. It adjectives depends on many different factor. I'm not sure what you mean by "luck of water", but if you stipulation to drink more water, resourcefully... Just do! I'm not one to be a fan of drinking greatly of water myself, I in recent times find it bland and boring. However getting a water filter, the pitcher type, help me drink more - it's always cold from one in the refrigerator, which make it more pleasant. Also, pour yourself large goggles and keep it fundamental you all year. I find even if I'm not thirsty, I can't help but drink something sitting surrounded by front of me, even if just a sip every few minutes, so that help get surrounded by enough dampen throughout the day.
My suggestion would be to drink 3-5 more goggles of water a sunshine, as the doctor said.
