How do I bring back the most out of a short amount of sleep?
If I get four or five hours of sleep one hours of darkness, obviously, I rouse up feeling groggy, and the rest of my morning is the same as ably. Besides sleeping more (which on some nights is simply impossible), how can I dispute the groggy feeling? How do I gross a 4 hour sleep feel close to a full sleep? Is this even possible? Please help.Answers:
Obviously this isn't angelic for you- everyone should be getting at least 7 - 8 hours sleep at hours of darkness.
This helps me during exam time when i can't afford an 8 hour dark of sleep.
I put thick slices of cold cucumber on my eyes, sometimes near masking cassette :) and it really helps beside red eye / soreness. And makes me surface better.
You can also try taking vitamins- maybe a supplement resembling berocca or a multi-vitamin to get more get-up-and-go.
I drink a double espresso every morning :) It gives me a buzz and get me going. But I don't let myself own caffeine after lunchtime, because it affects my sleep and i have a restless darkness.
Try drinking lots of fresh, purified water too. It stimulates brain function (I be watching a documentary on this the other day) and a dehydrated brain does not funcion all right, let alone a dried up AND tired brain !!
Apparently snacking on healthy things also keep your brain alert (the documentary focused on school children that be allowed to eat & drink within class- they paid attention for longer) so possibly try eating some dried fruit & nuts resembling almonds & sultanas while you're working. It might give your brain the activeness it needs.
BUT in that is no substitute for a good night's sleep ! :)
So whenever possible, try to carry to bed a little nearer.

I granted to spend 1500 bucks on a really good bed to support back pains and it be insane how easy I would turn to sleep and how just a few minutes sleep on a really angelic bed is like hours on my prehistoric bed.
go to a matress store and lay on different ones and you will know which one is the one.

I've hear it helps to feign on your back and elevate your legs slightly. It does gross you more comfortable. You could use a pillow or even something the size of a sofa cushion.

I recomend you: Sleep between 6 and 8 hours a day. Less is not apposite for your health and more will brand you tired again. My experience, hahaha. Instead to be so many hours surrounded by ByeDR.com it would be better to get some sleep. So, move about to bed right now! Good hours of darkness!

I know how it feels to own a crazy schedule! I would:
1) Minimize distractions during sleeping by getting sweet curtains, an eye mask, ear plugs, doesn`t matter what works for you. Sometimes soft music with a hammer that coincides with resting heart rate (60-80 beat per minute) is good for sleep too, but I've never tried it.
2) Eat a slice of adjectives wheat toast w/peanut butter and skim milk 1 hour before bed. This will increase your tryptophan (followed by your serotonin) level and help you have a feeling sleepy at bedtime.
3) Figure out how long your sleep cycle is. People ideally go through 2 sleep cycles (consisting of slow flounder sleep, rem sleep, etc) in one dark and naturally wake up for a minute or two in between the cycles. Being woken up surrounded by the middle of a sleep cycle (i.e. 0.5 or 1.5 cycles into the night) is the WORST in vocabulary of feeling groggy and close to you don't want to get up, so I don`t know you could set your alarm for when your first sleep cycle ends (usually about 4 hours after you turn to bed) and your body is naturally wake anyway. If one sleep cycle is too little sleep for you, maybe you could pinch a power nap at work.
I work 2 job. It isn't the healthiest of answers but it works for me. I eat a snack back I lay down. I know- you're not suppose to eat in the past youlay down. I eat fruit or something flimsy most of the time. Then i put a blanket over my window to block out desk light. Then I have a small heater/fan within my room. I turn it on low and the soft humming helps me rest. Plus I create in your mind receiving a collar and shoulder/ arm massage. It's enormously soothing. I block everything out of my mind and I rest well. I with the sole purpose get 3 hours of sleep a time and I only seize to sleep for 1-1 1/2 hour intervals. Redbull help me wake up up but Rockstar is good as ably. I psychologically prepare myself for sleep and I prepare myself for waking up. I surmise of something quiet and poeaceful when I have need of to lay down. I think of something fun and exciting when I have need of to wake up. Hope some of this help. I work nights and afterwards first shift, plus I have a daughter beside disabilities that I must be there for as economically. So I relate all too economically.
It is not the hours you sleep but the quality of your sleep. How vast is your sleep is that counts.
Taking melatonin will helps you to sleep overpoweringly. I am able to exhaust my sleep from 8 hours to 5-6 hours and feel great. Melatonin is non-additive and can be purchased in need doctor's prescription.
One thing to pilfer note is to lift the right amount. I took 1-2mg but some colleagues took 3-6mg. If I take 3 mg, I will perceive sleepy the next daylight. Take the right amount. Try it on Friday or Sat nights when you don't enjoy to work tomorrow.

Hi!I am curious to know if I will have to wear eyeglasses or not.
