i am in choir and im 15. everyday i step on the risers i get dizzy and hot. while i sing, i bring these flashes of hotness that last for ten second and go on and on. afterwards my face turns thump red and people stare at me. after i get dizzy. what if i shaky? please help! whenever i cogitate about it, it happen. it even happens when i don't. what should i do? i put away breakfast and i bend my knees slightly. i heard that is to say supposed to help. how can i prevent getting hot? i wear a skirt and a short sleeved shirt on the stage and everyone else is cold when they are wearing sweat shirts. this happen everyday i go to choir. very soon i have to miss institution tomorrow because i am afraid of fainting. near is about two weeks gone of this stuff. and im on the top row and there's no back piece you can lean on. i have be whinning to all of my friends and they enlighten me to shut up and stop crying. now i enjoy no friends. now i hold to miss school everyday and woozy. the teacher won't agree to me move. what if i faint?Answers:

I consider you can grow a certain amount by making sure you gain the proper amount of vitamins a minerals but a lot is I believe determined by your genetic make up approaching your growth plates (epiphyseal plate). You will probably be a similar height to other associates in your inherited.

I don't similar to drugs and doctors much because they tend to treat symptoms and not causes. Dr Burns, treats the basis. That's the only remaining cure you're likely to find.

Hmmm... interesting cross-examine. I am not a doctor, but I have taken both of these drugs contained by the past. I remember that Lorazepam made me totally sleepy and I certainly lost my memory for periods of time when I be on that particular drug. (I don't remember the dose I be taking at the time, but again - I don't remember a whole lot.) I assume a mild dose of lorazepam (ativan) is about 0.5 mg and that could craft you sleepy. It's an anti-anxiety drug and it is supposed to help you sleep. Xanax is an anti-anxiety drug also, but I don't feel it makes you as sleepy and I reflect you would need to cart more than 1 mg to have an effect.
If you are thinking around taking any medication for anxiety, you should talk to a mental form professional. It is good to verbalize to your regular physician about it - but probability are that your regular doctor doesn't know all the ins and outs of mental vigour.
