What should I do to leak asleep?
I am suffering from insomnia.Answers:
-drink milk b/f you go to bed. I find that that usually works for me.
-turn rotten all the lights, tv, music, etc
-use lavender. Put it on your pillow & your temple
-take a melt bath b/f bed
-read a book til you start to quality sleepy
-if you're sleeping next to someone & they're sleeping already, breathe @ the rate that they are, seem to work right away for ME! :)

Maybe b/f you go to bed you could start to write things down that you have need of to do the next light of day... esp if you're worried bout something. Or you can write in a log. Seeing a doctor is the best solution. Also stop worrying so that you can have appropriate sleep.
I personally use a honourable quality pure essential grease of Lavender and rub it on my temples. This help me to relax into a normal sleep a bit than have the knock out effects of a sleeping pill.

I have an issue near body odor. I have really correct hygiene habits (shower everyday, wear deodorant, etc.) but for some purpose my underarms ALWAYS smell. I don't sweat hardly at adjectives so I'm wondering why it smells so badly? I want to know if near are any home remedy type things I can do to cure this problem. It's gotten so bad that it's holding me fund from being myself and I discern really nervous contained by social situations that maybe other associates can smell it. Why do i gain like mad of headache.?
Ever since September 06, i have be getting A LOT of headaches, i will be getting them everyday for months, consequently it stops for a few weeks comes back everday for months and so on.I usually capture the headaches the moment i get up up in the morning durable an hour or so, then i go and get them in evening after 5pm, sometimes it last a few hours, but sometimes it will last until 1am-3am roughly when i go to sleep.

But the Big ones last for a few hours (longest headache last for 3 days), where the stomach-ache is on one side and hurts alot, and i have a impression to vomit and not only that but somehow lantern makes it worse, i hold to go surrounded by my room turn off the lights, and travel to sleep to tolerate it.

They did a CT Scan and everything looked mundane. I was lucky.

Why do my eyes progress lighter?
My eyes are a dark green/light brown colour. During the everyday day they would be alot more brown than usual.But one and only after im crying i look and see my eyes are very green, alot more than regular.
