You could also google "surgical techniques" or "surgical technology" and use the video part of google. To be honest, there's not a lot to see, especially within counts. We do counts as a team - the nurse and the surgical technologist do them together, and we own to agree that the counts are correct. My personal technique is to count blades first, they're the easiest. Then we count sponges, usually laps and ray-tex. I count needles concluding, and then instruments, if requisite. When we're doing counts, I always count surrounded by a certain charge, to make sure I don't count one and the same item twice or make sure I don't miss anything. I count what's on the pen first, that is, what the doctor is using at the moment. Count the items on my Mayo stand subsequent, then my rear table. Then when we're counting sponges, we count the ones we've already thrown off the pen last. If a count is incorrect, the first item you do is recount. If it's still incorrect, you announce it to the doctor and everybody looks for the item till you find it.
When passing instruments, sometimes the doctor will ask for what he desires, but many times, the surgical technologist know what he will want next and he/she can simply put it surrounded by his hand when the doc puts his paw out. I don't take them anymore, but I did when I be much young @ around 7-8. Then I get off of them @ 10 when the doctor discovered I have despression w/ no more signs of having tremor anymore. this is for sure true. I took pheobarbitol within ever increasing doses from the time I was 12 until I be 22, and have have to deal beside chronic clinical depression ever since. I stopped taking the drug at 22 when it was determined that they be causing my exceptional EEG patterns, I solitary had one commandeering in my enthusiasm right before they put me on the appropriation drug. Oh yeah, there's a price to pay for taking those drugs, they mess up your neuro chemicals big time. Medial epicondylitis refers to inflammation of the medial (inner side) epicondyle- slice of the surface on the bottom end of the humerus (the bone contained by the upper arm)- or to the surrounding tissues. Bilateral means that the change are present in both your elbows, and subclinical imply that whoever interpreted your scan thinks that the change are probably not significant.
The ulnar nerve does run along down the medial epicondyle, but whether that has any relevance to your problems I'm not sure...I'm not clear from this or your other questions- is your suspected CRPS solitary in 1 arm?

You should ask your doctor more about the conclusion on your bone scan. If you enjoy CRPS you probably have severe torment in some feeler on your body. I don't know exactly what this means but I'm pretty sure it have something to do with something contained by your elbow that could be causing your aching (at least from what the scan is saying), but CRPS is impudence related which it can cause osteoporosis so bone scan are done to see if they can help slow down or prevent the osteoporosis.
