Hey all...what do you do to relax satisfactory to fall asleep? It's approaching my body is exhausted, but when I lay down, my mind is still going 100 mph. I can't use Tylenol PM - for some reason, it really knock me out, like for around 8-10 hours and then I'm groggy for the first couple hours I'm awake. I've hear of some stuff called ?melatonin? that's supposed to be adjectives natural, non-groggy - anyone tried it? If I don't start getting everyday sleep soon, I dunno - my relationship suffers, my children don't get me at my best, I discern like poo..lol..I a short time ago would like to be capable of go to sleep at a typical time, sleep for a normal amount of time, and get up up ON time..lol..any help is appreciated :)Answers:
very well as a mother myself my mind races too when i lay down to bed.
what help me is reading. keeping reg bed time is helpful;try setting a buzzer to remind yourself.
hip bath time w/ scented candles works well-melts away rigidity
on those hard night i drink caffeine free camomile herbal tea

don't put away or drink before you be in motion to bed. don't use the internet or watch loud tv in the past you wanna sleep either. apparently don't drink anything with caffeinated. this sounds stupid but try counting backwards from 100.
I certainly lay in bed and play solitaire or freecell on my PDA, and listen to some somewhat tranquil music, and i quit thinkin bout today, tomorrow, and the day after. it can adjectives be put on hold in my mind for a few hours till i snooze
