Hi, it's not just gay men who are anti 'routine' circumcision. There are many MANY mums, straight dads, and imperial parents who are against circumcision.
I guess gay men understand men a bit more than straight men do...

I know this is not much help, but if you can't sleep you can't sleep. There is no point uh... loosing sleep... over it, for want of a better possession.
If you can't get to sleep unless you are insensible tired at night, after day time napping probably won't comfort you.
Some people in recent times can't do the nap item, some people will decline asleep as soon as they hit the chair. I guess you crash into the former category.

I usually listen to my ipod and walk out it on sleep timer for about an hour. you can memorize something and repeat it...or, imagine of something.and go from here. and then drift rotten. i have indistinguishable problem sometimes, i just lay here and cannot sleep unless dead tired. accurate luck.
Try Melatonin, it causes drowsiness which help you fall asleep. Benadryl prescription also helps you fall over asleep, it has diphenhydramine contained by it which also makes you drowsy. Hopefully you will return with a good night sleep.
Tips to sleep well
Drink a chalice of warm milk previously turning in for the darkness.
Avoid caffienated drinks. They are known to hold you tossing and turning well into the darkness.
Sleep at roughly the same time every hours of darkness.
Wake up at the same time every morning, even if you enjoy a holiday. Try and get your body accustomed to a sleep rhythm.
Don't exercise in three hours of your bedtime. Exercise early morning or impulsive evening, at least four hours after lunch.

I have have a mess in my sinuses for the better piece of a week now. I go to my Doc and she gave me an anti-biotic (fluid/potential infection surrounded by my ears), and flonase nasal spray. They don't seem to be doing a in one piece lot.I still have day by day pressure in my sinuses worse than anything I hold ever had.
Big time frontal sinus/pressure headache, ear blockage, nasal drip, VERY VERY stuffed up, constant feeling of need to blow my nose, but when I blow it I obtain zero "results".
I will verbs with the antibiotic/nasal spray, but surrounded by your experiences: What is the best NON-DROWSY over the counter medicine for these symptoms? Any suggestions/Info on any of this would be greatly appreciated!!

sinutabs tablets and paracetamol have worked for me,but check with the pharmasist if you can use your antibiotic spray next to the sudafed tablets,good luck
For my sinuses I use the nasal spray Afrin no drip. It works for 12 hours it works great. I didnt really want to use one but I needed something to breath. I be sick of it and it works greak. The afrin no drip will help you breath and engender you feel much better beside your head too.
if you are interested surrounded by doing a natural cleansing, use what is call a neti pot. dissolve salt within warm hose down, bend over sink and lean forward, pour water into one nostril, tilting boss opposite the side you are pouring it into. it will circulate throughout your sinuses, clearing them out. repeat on other side. find neti pots surrounded by some drugs stores, or a health food stores. if you cant find that, you can truly just snort the wet up your nostril. sounds weird, i know, but it works..
