im 13 and have be doing a project on anorexia at school i may merely sound similar to its in my mind, but i do own alot of the symtoms of it such as bruising easily, thinning tresses, pale skin, used to self damage.I skip lunch every school time. is this healthy?

No it it is not nourishing to skip lunch. You need the food to refuel your body. If you enjoy symptoms such as thinning hair it nouns like your body might not be getting adjectives the nutrients it needs.
If you are doing stuff close to self harming later I would advise that you you confer to someone about it. Can you speak to someone at arts school? or your parents? I know it must be really difficult talking around things such as this but just chitchat in itself will oblige. Try and work out what it is that is making you want to do it. Try to keep your meal in fitting balance. You are growing. Give your body what it requirements to be a young striking woman.
I know we have to look at Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Keira Knightley, and adjectives look pretty, but you have to realize that these women own a different life routine than you. I'm not positive about GERD symptoms but I own had dizziness due to sinus pressure. The sinus congestion puts pressure on your inner ear which is where on earth you get your match. I use mucinex and sudafed (not the PE kind) and this should help.

Sounds like you're still wired up. I despise to say it, but you might want a bit of help to sleep. It's call anxiety, and it runs in my household.
Lets see, restless, racing thoughts, insomnia, wired up fear, fidgety... sounds right to me.

I no longer need assistance, economically most of the time I don't, but when I feel I do - I will at most minuscule take one PM to form sure I do get some sleep. It's worse when you stir to work or school the subsequent day if you don't.
Other sleeping pills tend to clear it very concrete for me to wake up the subsequent morning...but I don't have that problem near the PM's or tyelenol. Even no name brand PM's worked for me, but if it be not a PM - normally the appropriate brand tyelenol did the trick.

I have have troubles with sleeplessness (is that a word?) on and sour for a few years now. It comes and go and I don't know what causes it. I agree next to Charming18's post about meditation. Sometimes you freshly need to run a few moments to sit and relax or meditate and reflect on the morning. This can help serene your brain and your body, and clear out the jumble of things that have gotten jumbled surrounded by your head throughout the light of day. Turning off the tv for a while and letting your self rob in your surroundings can do wonders for your peace of mind. If none of this help and you still cant seem to shut your brain stale try writing down what you are thinking in a notebook, loving of like contained by gradeschool when your teacher would hold you just write doesn`t matter what you wanted for ten minutes to sustain you brainstorm.
