I am 15 years old. I own sleeping problems, so I take sleeping drug. I have problems staying awake, so I appropriate umm... awaking... medicine. Last darkness, I accidently took my awake medicine. I am still up. It is 4:45, and I enjoy to walk a mile and a partly to school at 6:45, and stay within until 2:45. I can not see very very well, just some far things are blurry. I am also shaky. How can I stay awake, alert, see commonplace, and not be so shaky? I really need facilitate.Answers:

Just relish your life and don't muse about nil else but your child because you are passing that depression to your kid. Just relax. Or it depends on what energy you have right presently,just correct it for your son or daughter and it might help a moment or two. That's the best thing you can do for your own accurate and your child too.

I don't know what pmt is but I know give or take a few depression and post partum depression. Get help. Also if this last I recomment Lucinda Bassetts "Attacking Anxiety and Depression" series. This has really help me. Go to your family doctor first. You don't want to be one of those moms that flips out and kill her children.
The two most important things for me to do when going through depression be to: 1. If at all possible carry out of the house and visit. If incompetent to visit give somebody a lift a walk outside. Fresh nouns is necessary. 2. Have a register of friends or people you can send for who will take time out of their calendar for you. If you do not have friends ring a support group. There should be one in your city. Find out where on earth they meet and you can search out friends from your support group to call.
