Microwave ovens are precarious?
Somebody sent me a pdf which shows that microwaved water have a distinctly negative effect on growth contained by plants. This has cause me some concern and I think i will stop using mine.I craving i was competent to provide the link but for some point I cannot copy and paste it.
For those who be aware of the dangers, enjoy you stopped using yours? What about those for whom this is unknown information?

I use mine to defrost meat only. And next I do it on the lowest setting which is two setting below defrost. I manage to defrost minus cooking the food and when i sometimes do cook a corner i will cut it off. With mince meat i will 'peel' the meat past its sell-by date as it defrosts so none of it get nuked more than it needs to be.
In an just right world i would have a cook. And defrost meat would be their responsibility.
I read somewhere that seeds will not germinate within microwaved water. Want to try it out sometime. And if to be precise the case i will ask the interview as to why it should be on here.

I assume, the more natural something is, the better it is for you. That's why i cook everything properly contained by an oven or on the hob. BUT, sometimes, time is short so the microwave should be used as a last resort, or not at adjectives. Don't you think?

If we worried about everything specifically dangerous for us we would live fundamentally miserable lives! I'm a fully grown adult so I'm not worried!! Seriously though did you know the "apparent" menace from everything we use around the house, the radiation from the TV, phone, appliances and chemicals in our food? We can't control it unless you lived surrounded by a shack and grow your own veggies! I work with a 90 year feeble who uses a microwave every day and she's fitter than most 60 year olds so I'm going to forget about this scare thank you drastically much! Obviously if the inside of your microwave is flaking away or the door is damaged etc, consequently that is when you should throw it away and buy a modern one. Other than that stop worrying!

They cant be that bad as you say-so as 99% of homes have them and use them and yes be all still alive if we transport notice of every article we see and here life would not be worth living 1st colourings within food then cemicals and pesticides the list go on we will die of starvation i hold been useing microwaves for over 20 years and my family connections are all fine
I'm no scientist, but, as a chef, I've other had a funny notion about microwave cookers. I do hold one, but I only use it to warmness ready meal at home if I am ill, and not sufficiently expert to cook properly.
A microwave heats, but does not brown. Browning (the Maillard Reaction) is so key in cooking, and is so ancient, that I tend to reject any method of cooking that will not brown when such a result is appropriate.
Frankly, microwave 'cookers' seem to be to be a bit of a waste of time, unless you are heat ready-made meals (and, within many cases next to these, you'd be better off drinking the box that it came surrounded by - more nutrition and better taste!). To cook anything from fresh contained by a mic seems to clutch almost as long as cooking it on a stove. With a bit of planning, you can do quick meal in a frying jar or under the salamander (grill, broiler) almost as in a flash as using a ready lunchtime (which is expensive) in the mic.
I form my own burgers, for example, in batch of twenty. All you need is minced (ground) beef, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, an egg or yoghurt and anything seasoning you prefer. make the burgers and freeze them coarse. They will cook from frozen in 20 mins below the salamander.
Keep the mic for drastic cases, but cook your own grub on a cooker as often as possible. Its cheaper, improved, and a Punjabi style vegetable curry can be cooked in a wok or saucepan surrounded by 30 minutes, including prep time.

Thyroid Lab results (Hashi's) - can someone serve answer?
I have Hashimoto's and a short time ago had some lab work done. Here are the results:TSH is 1.29 (good)
Total T3 70 (should be 84 -172)
Total T4 4.2 (should be 4.5 -12.5)
TSH is suitable, but T3 and T4 are WAY below normal. I currently bear 45mg/60mg of Armour alternating every day (lab test were from a 45mg light of day taken at 9am and lab at 4pm). I had a follow up appointment beside dr today who is NOT changing my dose.
Should my dose be changed or is it fine the means of access it is? how much can these numbers fluctuate? How much will this affect my metabolism?

All 3 of the tests I don't similar to for adjusting thyroid hormone, especially Armour. I find that the free t4 and free t3 are the best indicators of how I consistency. Totals don't tell you that much. Free level are the actual amount of that hormone that can be used by the body. I find it odd that you alternate between the doses, especially when Armour contains T3. Are you more fatigued on days you are taking smaller amount? TSH on Armour usually is in the hyper stock and does not matter on Armour. I wouldn't wory around your levels unless you are have symptoms still.
Also, are you testing contained by the morning? If you have a TSH doctor its extremely important to question paper only contained by the morning, Because if you test around 2PM, the TSH is at its lowest point and you may be undermedicated. Do you skip the morning dose of Armour prior to carrying out tests? It is recommended on Forest's website that you do so that the T3 levels won't be artificially elevated.
I've bee on Armour for over 3 years. I surface its one of the best medications for treatment of hypothyroidism when dosed correctly. Far too abundant doctors underdose their patients because they are going by the TSH. The TSH was developed to dose Synthroid, not Armour. By the style, you are on an extremely low dose of Armour. Most are on 120 mg or more. I'm on 180mg.

Yep, I would enunciate this is true. If they gave your scribble back, afterwards you could take it to another pharmacy and own 2-3-4 pharmacies giving you the same medication. You can have your prescription moved to another pharmacy they don't own it per se.. but similar to your medical records you can go and get a copy of it but they retain the originals even if you move to another doctor. Ask her for the copy if she say no then phone up your doctor and ask him what is going on with that pharmacy.
You can other get the prescription transferred to another pharmacy. It's comfortable - call the pharmacy you want and they will bring back the info form the first pharmacy. I don't think you can bring back the actual precription back, because it would appear that you hadn't complete it at all and consequently you could get extra refill. I use a Carex anti-bacterial hand gel and it leaves my hand dry, use it just back, it dries in 15 second or less.
If it's excessive, I know you can own feet and armpits injected near botox, probably hands as very well, but that is a bit on the extreme conclusion.

I regard it's unfair to trendsetter a size alone, because some people (especially young at heart teens) are naturally that size, so it suits them and will be attractive on them. I think everyone is elegant we are all unusual and to be a size 0 , is friggin ridiculous. Curves are more fun and more attractive. I use to have a problem near my body shape and was nearly anorexic contained by my teens. I think society have a bad influence on us and it is undue.
