Ok, so, yesterday, at lunch (a late lunch for me, more or less 1pm), I had some steak fingers from a DQ. That darkness, at around 10pm, my stomach started hurting quite weakly, not like a stabbing agony, but like I have been kicked contained by the gut. Hi there! I don't usually run but enjoy recently granted to try to make an endeavour for fitness. I walk 40 mins, 5 days a week, but running have never been my entry.I can do it for only a few minutes, next I suddenly have sharp chest pains approaching I'm having a heart attack (I assume - I've never have one!) and can't breathe properly. It's not that I get tired out or am unfit, it's approaching my heart gives up. It take a few mintues of rest to pass, next for about 30mins after I'm wheezing and enjoy almost a chesty cough.
Has anyone had a problem resembling this? Should I see a doctor about the chest pains, or should I in recent times keep trying if it's lone a fitness issue?
