I want to be bulimic?

i dont know y but my family sometimes calles me podginess and said i should calm down on food im 12 years matured and i weigh 140 pounds.i think give or take a few eating closely but i think nearly being thoroughly skinny.i sometimes think in the region of throwing up my food but i dont want to die i jut want to be skinny please help me

person bulimic is definately not the answer. just vary your diet to eating more on form food and excercise everyday and your family shouldn't be calling you portly either because that's why here are so many anorexics today. don't munch through any junk food and when u cogitate about ingestion go for an apple or fruit
your with the sole purpose 12, your body will change and loose babyfat within not too long, but being bullemic is definetly not the instrument to go. throwing up will gross your teeth rotten and yellow, also throwing up to be skinny will one and only be temporary, youll gain even more pounds posterior in a couple of days. in that are better, more effective alternatives, you should try cardio exercise similar to walking or swimming or riding bike, any constant movement for about 20 to 30 minutes around 5 days a week. by keeping busy you can keep your mind bad food, and wont really have a bunch of down time to snack=]

you should look upsome in good health eating traditions online, but remeber, diets that your only on for a couple of weeks dont work, you usually will gain the mass back; its really a lifestyle modify, you just enjoy to change the foods you guzzle and teh way you munch through. but dont torture yourself over this, your still young and wonderful and shouldnt focus so much on looks
Talk to a guidance counselor at your school, a pastor at your church, or some other trusted fully developed and tell them what you only wrote here. You sound approaching you could use some help figure out what's best for you. Bulimia is not the answer. Yes, it sounds like it MIGHT be perfect for you to lose a little substance (just guessing from your age and weight - but not knowing more give or take a few you, it's JUST A GUESS), but you need to address to someone who can help you do that surrounded by a healthy track - through eating a proper diet and getting exercise.

In my teens I have do lose 70Ibs but I took it too far and developed an eating disorder which made me extremely glum. What has me me smiling is developing a healthy relationship near food, learning to dress for my shape, mental growth near the years and realising that there are different types of good looks, not just skinny. It take time but you will get nearby in the failure but please don't go down the road I did because believe me it merely makes you can`t bear yourself more and it doesnt make you sinewy anyway.

when i was twelve i be soo pudgy. i felt indistinguishable way and ate doesn`t matter what i felt approaching but you have to become conscious that most likley you will get skinnier even if you dont lose pounds persay. i used to not devour and i had thought almost belimia but in the extension it just puts more stress on your body. Plus did you no that mortal belimic can kill you and it messes up your teeth, not to mention it's impressively noticable... if you rlly are having a concrete time with your substance dont not eat, but munch through the right way, you no, i become conscious myself as i was also massively pudgy, but dont listen to your family when they phone up you fat im sure your wonderful just the agency you are. And as you get elder it becomes easier to be thrilled with who you are and you do shift and mature. So please dont pass into being belimic its not a in shape solution and it sometimes doesnt work. I would say make available it some time, good luck, and perceive better..

Throwing up food can become an addiction. It is a very chancy road to go down.

Dealing near a mild depression possibly?

Last year i moved high school and i went through a sort of depressive stage. I over ate and put on 2 pounds. Now im pleased and school is great. but i still tend to over devour sometimes and i dont know why? Any help to net my relationship with food improved? thankyou..

I bring back disoriented if I sleep during the day, it totally throws me rotten. I very now and then do that, mostly when I don't feel great. I guess it take you out of your routine, and mixes up your body clock.

Foot cramps!?

I keep getting cramp really feebly in my foot when i start to fall asleep! Its starting to annoy my boyfriend too as when i obtain it i have to step out of bed and walk around for a bit! It really hurts - why is this ? Help!

I have the same problems when I be younger and I found out that I had a denial of calcium . And as soon as I started to take tabletts for it , it ease the cramps. So the best is to try to get some calcium supplements, ask your GP if thats not rising.

Bad headache!?

I have be getting really bad headache for the past week. I usually never go and get headaches. I also enjoy cold symtoms. The headaches receive me feel really dizzy and feathery headed if i cough or if i bend down. It feel like at hand is a tight band around my forehead constantly. Also my audible range has worsened slightly, close to when you drive into a tunnel and your ears pop. I have no stress surrounded by my life at the min, as i know this can mete out this. Most drugs (and their metabolites) are small, stable molecules. It is unlikely that within are any chemical treatments that could pull drugs out of your quill without seriously dangerous your hair. Hello, this sounds very much similar to allergies to me. Do you go running outside? Since it's springtime, pollen within the air can irritate eyes by making them itchy/stingy fear and even red. Does you sneeze as well? Try rinsing your eyes out beside cool water to alleviate the headache.

i find this when i run or exercise. it's the sweat getting into your eyes. this causes the sting and the bloodshot appearance. If you are competent to run farther, you're probably allowing more time for the sweat to creep into the sides of your eyes. You could either wear a sweatband similar to bjorn borg or just try wipe your forehead more frequently
