Health Question
Self tanner grill?
All my self tanners have a restrictive label that say:"Repeated exposure of skin while tanning may increase risk of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to your skin even if you do not burn"
What does this be going to? Does this mean while appying the self tanner? Does this connote the 2-4hr. it takes for the self tanner to show up? Does this propose until the tan wear off?
Please Answer
Answers:
The off-putting actually have nothing to do next to the self-tanner. All it's trying to say is that the self-tanner does not enjoy sunscreen in it and that`s why does not protect you from the suns harmful UV rays. The advisory label is newly letting you know what could happen if you don't use sunscreen because some population tend to be under the general idea that the self-tanner offers some protection from the sun but it doesn't. Basically, within addition to the self-tanner, you will also obligation to wear sunscreen to prevent those risks.
it means the over use or alot of reuse can mete out skin cancer and all the other stuff
I mull over it means tanning within the sun, not the tanner.
I own 6 lumbar vertebrates what does this be set to??
Answers:
Actually spelled "vertebrae" for plural, the average human has 5 (five) of them. You, my dear, are an anomaly have an extra to total 6. Very interesting!
Lumbar vertebrae: There are 5 lumbar vertebrae. The lumbar vertebrae are situated between the thoracic vertebrae and the sacral vertebrae in the spinal column. It could denote you have one extra vertebrae within you spinal column, but it could also mean they read your motion picture wrong and were looking at the lower vertebrae of your sacrum and pelvic regions. I would ask for clarification, and unequivocally recommend seeing a Chiropractor who specializes in diseases/disorders of the spine.
A sixth lumbar vertebra
One of the reason for the confusion is that some people, approximately 10% of adults, own a congenital anomaly in their lower support. One of the most common anomalies is the presence of a sixth lumbar vertebra. Having one extra lumbar vertebra provides no profit or disadvantage to the individual and is rarely a motivation of back problems, but it can create some confusion. For example:
Radiologists commonly count down from the second rib when numbering the lumbar vertebral bodies.
Surgeons on the other hand, count up from the sacrum when numbering the lumbar vertebrae.
Neither method of labeling lumbar vertebrae is incorrect, but clearly it can create confusion. For an individual with 5 vertebral bodies, they would be within agreement when labeling the L4-L5 level. If the individual have 6 lumbar vertebrae, however, the radiologist would typically refer to the lowest level as L6-S1 and the rank above that L5-L6, which in the surgeon’s mind, would be correctly labeled L4-L5.
It is demonstrably very crucial to clearly identify the location of lumbosacral anomalies in direct to avoid injection or surgical exposure of the incorrect level. This become particularly esteemed for minimally invasive procedures. A physical exam and complementary imaging studies, such as an MRI scan and x-ray, can help amend the accuracy and the communication of the diagnosis.

In anatomy, lumbar is an adjective that resources of or pertaining to the abdominal segment of the torso, between the diaphragm and the sacrum (pelvis). The five vertebrae in the lumbar region of the stern are the largest and strongest in the spinal column. In most mammals, the lumbar region of the spine curves outward; this is call lordosis.
The actual spinal cord terminates between vertebra one and two of this series, call L1 and L2. The nervous tissue that extends below this point are individual strands that collectively form the cauda equina. In between respectively lumbar vertebra a nerve root exits, and these gall roots come together again to form the largest single nerve within the human body, the sciatic nerve.
As u own got 6, u r an exception.

Or am I just subbing one depressant for another?Answers:
Take two Tylenol and attend an AA scheduled time.
stick to the drink.. you wake up hung over but atleast you rouse up... sleeping pills just suck!!
yepper you are sorry ,but have to be honest with you
Actually drinking alot prohibits sleep. It is single in small doses that alcohol is a depressant. I use tylenol pm. It won't gun down my liver unless I take a intact bottle.
well if you are using tylenol pm as a sleeping pill and you dont own physical pain you may as resourcefully just thieve benadryl because that is adjectives it is.
Either one is not a good entry on a continual basis. Both can hold their long term effects on you... liver harm is possible amongst other things like becoming dependant on them. Try some meditation. try relaxing... try adjectives out things like caffeine or simply plain old do some excercise previously you are due for bed followed by a hot relaxing bath.
I use tylenol pm also and sometimes next to a bud light or two.
I find it give me a deeper sleep and I wake up beforehand my alarm. Good stuff.
So maybe I'm contained by the same boat as you are.
Wanna move over somewhat bit?
Have you ever tried using white noise to procure yourself to sleep. It does work. We use a big box fan adjectives year long. Turn it on high and set it hard by the bed. That's all you can hear and the nouns entrances you off to sleep.
Do NOT nick tyenaol and drink if you want to keep your liver. Don't drink at adjectives if you are taking tylenol! Eating and/or drinking with contained by a few hours of sleepy time will most likely interupt your sleep. Go to bed to sleep when you are tired. Get up at like time every day.
If your gf have a pimple n if she didnt tolerate you pop it what would you do?
Answers:
Nothing, if you had a pimple on your butt and didn't pop it what would your g/f do?
I would catch it while she was sleeping! Or hold her down and pimple rape her.
I'd disappear the pimple alone and find something else to do.
Eww, why would you want to pop it? Then pus and blood oozes out.
I don't tolerate her pop mine and I don't pop hers.
nothing
Tell her that it will take home her prettier, and if she's worried that it will hurt, worry not. Tell her to put a hot washcloth on it for 10 minutes. After that, explain to her to put her fingers on each side of it, after pull outward. It shouldn't hurt, and it usually works if the zit is big.

Lexapro is an antidepressant and works to regulate brain chemistry. I've be on Lexapro for 3 years now and also Depo shots and never have nightmares. Once I started taking another psych medication, it created nightmares but that is a adjectives side effect from this medication. I would have her track her dreams and discuss next to doctor if they become disruptive to her sleep.
If this started happening after the auxiliary of the new drug, later I would suspect the combination are having psychological affects.
I expect, she's on a psychiatric med, and then on hormones...manifestly not out of the question.
Also, near my mom, B vitamins give her nightmares, specifically B12.

5 Years subsequent and impact injury still not heal?
About 5 years ago at the age of 22 I was snowboarding and go off a generous jump and concluded up crashing. I landed directly on my right hip from just about 15 feet surrounded by the air. I made it stale of the hill despite the greatest spasm I've ever felt and go to the emergency room. There they took xrays and said that there be no fractures and that I just bruised it disappointingly and sent me home. The next daytime I could barely stand the torment and couldn't walk for two days. Long story short, some of the skin surrounding my hip is numb and my hip is still extremely tender to focused touch and normally in unbarable affliction if I hit it on a table or something. I am now competent to sleep on it (after about 4 years) for short period of time in a plush bed but never on a floor. Also, longer period of walking are also felt within that hip joint. What's wrong? Why hasn't it heal? Will it ever be normal again?Answers:
Ask your primary doctor to refer you to a specialist...you should own healed after a year at most. For bruise healings, sort sure you are getting enough riboflavins. Fresh citrus fruits are a great source of riboflavins.
I am not a doctor, but enjoy battered my body pretty badly. It sounds similar to nerve involvement to me. Chiropractic have saved me from more butchering and I urge you to step to one with a angelic reputation and have him check you over. I don't know how you own stood this for so long.
If your pain persist, i suggest you go posterior to you doctor and get an MRI to label sure everything is ok.
I'm no expert but it definitly sounds like impudence damage. See a Doctor, even after 5 years, it could organize to worse things.
you are not going to be completely healed, in the region of 7 years ago I was contained by a car coincidence and injured my back go to chiropractors very daytime and til this day is still hold problems, but if you work on your hip just by doing low impact exercise or short walk can help out deeply.
or just a hip replacement, if it is needed see a doctor.
doesn't nouns good. jump get an MRI. and if you said that it's numb after maybe there's more smash up than you think. move about see an orthopedic or a sports medicine doctor.
Speak to your doctor I don`t know you should go for an MRI or enjoy an EMG. An MRI can see if you have any interrupt in your soft tissue. You may hold nerve harmed, and an EMG can tell you that. Without test it's hard to transmit, after 5 years of going through this, it's time to get some answers. You involve to see an orthopedic doctor and/or a neurologist. I hope this helps.

Odd query roughly speaking dehydration... give support to?
I have never asked anyone this until that time, but it is becoming more pronounced as I get elder and I'd really like to know the raison d`¨ştre.Every so often, I capture an extreme need for hose down and it leaves me feel sick no event how much water/fluids I've previously had... but the eccentric thing is that it just happens after I perceive exposed somehow.
For example, after work today there be a man looking me up and down and I got a sudden, overwhelming inevitability for water.
It also happen when I'm wearing certain types of clothes.
What could possibly be the make happen of this?
Please, any help would be HUGELY appreciated.
Thank you adjectives,
Lauren
Answers:
Only wear Huggie brands. Your brain is dehydrated and it desires to be burped, try drinking pedeolyte before going to bed.
Sounds psychological. You may want to find out why this nouns exists.
This could be psychological (mentioning that clothing and men looking at you can cause this), but next to a constant thirst for water, I'd be high-tailing it to the doctor to rule out diabetes...that's a classic symptom for it.
it's a armour of nerves , just swot up to relax more
maybe you call for some eletrolytes (gatorade)..or maybe you're diabetic...
See a doctor, extreme thirst is a symptom of some medical conditions (like elevated blood sugar/diabetes and others).
I would talk to a psycholigist
Some of this can be contained by your head, but it could also be a condition you delvoped. i conjecture you shoud see a doctor if possible. ( eccentric fact: the yellower you pee is the more deyhydrated you are, if its clear you hydrated) Try to transmute your habits that promise with this, perchance try not to feel so exposed. i used to be an extremely shy creature and doing anything oral made my whole body shake non-stop. So i told myself that i didn't entail to be nervous and that its no the bring to a close of the world. If this seems out of your control you should really see a specialist.
it sounds similar to one of two things first it sounds like an anxiety disorder and subsequent it sounds like diabetes i would move about to your doctor and tell them both can be amazingly bad for your strength i know this because i had like peas in a pod symptoms of wanting to drink water alot and i wait and ended up contained by the hospital do to diabetes but the good communication is that both are treatable good luck
That sounds to me close to a conditioned response. Something happened long ago that you've forgotten, and immediately the environment is close to when it happened the first time.
The best explanation I've ever hear, is Dianetics' engram explanation. Which is, whenever you have discomfort (emotional or physical) your consciousness is reduced (possibly to complete unconsciousness) but your mind is still recording everything. The more torment you're in, the more comatose you are, and the more susceptible you are to verbal suggestion. So, something happen where a man be looking you up and down while you were wearing a secure type of clothes, and you sustained an injury - physical or mental, and then something may enjoy said something like "Get some marine, she needs to enjoy water!" And presently, you need hose down. That's pretty much how an engram works, it sounds crazy, but I've seen it work first paw.
Check out www.dianetics.org, and write me privately if you want to talk some more - I do enjoy a great deal more I could report you.

Laser eye surgery is very risk-free nowadays. There is one company specifically very high up in India that arranges Laser surgery for foreigners within India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read plentifully about them contained by the Newspapers and about their forgiving stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as adjectives surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.
They also have photos paste of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I instinctively believe that your Dental surgery can be easily handle in India, as the standard of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and services are 5 star.
My cousin got her Dental surgery done here and she is more than very well with the results. She is adjectives praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid freshly 20% of the cost what she was quoted surrounded by USA and it was close to a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this help

What should I expect in the past, during, and after surgery?

My wife had it done final year. They only have to cut one eye and the other had the laser work short cutting. They give her a valium ( as they do with everybody ) and she be fine. She said it didn't hurt and everybody that has have it done that we know has said impossible to tell apart thing, and they hold all said how pleased they be about have got it done.
You should know how to talk to the surgeon doing it earlier making the decision to put any fears you enjoy to rest.
there is a current way they do it call intralase. The flap is created with a laser instead of a razorblade. Its agency more money that way, heal a bit faster.
i have have it done and i have found some days are worse than since i had the surgery. I remunerated lb395 each eye i hold now get to go and own a correction operation.
Good luck
My mom had it done. She never really said it hurt. She say it is worth it. She wore glasses for 35 years and doesnt hold to at all very soon!
I got it done for both of my eyes. It is not tight as we would be given anaesticia before the surgery. However, you may experience a slight spasm when you were given the anaesticia as it is injected to your eye lid. If you bear that stomach-ache (for about few seconds), you can for joy proceed for the surgery.
You wll still feel the pessure on the eye that something is individual done on it. Also, you will be uncomfortable for roughly speaking few minutes when they put a clip that keeps your eye-lids plain during the surgery.
You will see what is being done on the eye for just about 5 minutes. Afterwards, it blacks out for the rest of the surgery. It took only in the order of 20 to 25 minutes for my surgery.
For the first 3 das, you will feel discomfort beside your eyes watering and blurring. In about 4 days from the surgery, the sight gets enhanced and you will get sound vision surrounded by another few days (total about 7 to 9 days)
Its hurting to think than getting it done.
Go for it Stacey!
i have it done 4 years ago and it doesn't hurt, when the procedure has be done it feels similar to you have a dry contact lens contained by, they give you anguish killers and eye drops to rehydrate the eyes......best piece i ever did !
The only entry that shocked me was the smell of the laser it smelt of burning but it be over within 10 mins.
Talk to a consultant and later ask lots of questions !
Lasik involves adjectives the front of the eye, lasEk uses ethyl alcohol to melt away the front of the eye.
Don't choose your surgeon base on price. Get a referral from your optometrist, as they'll have to accord with any problems you may be disappeared with. Some surgeons will be happier to operate on 'difficult' cases, while others will consider this taking your money and have a bash. Discuss all of your concerns near your optometrist, and again with the surgeon. If they are reluctant to operate, only just accept this and try contact lenses.
