So, even next to the best possible glasses they could draw from a legally blind entity would still need to stand 20 foot away from something that a person beside perfect 20/20 eyesight could see from 200 foot. Legally blind does not refer to any specific prescription. You should stop worrying, -3.75 is not very discouraging, I'm sure my flatmate is -9.00 or something similar.

you probably need them for reading as you say-so you can't see the board =this is hard as the one eye is run of the mill (20)=you can sit closer to the front of class if that will help=glasses or contacts are kind of expensive
Probably you do requirement one or the other. Go have your eyes checked at an eye doctor. Whether or not contacts will work depends on whether you're a moment ago nearsighted, have an astigmatism, etc. The doctor can transmit you and let your know your option.

I wasn't thinking almost getting the non drowsey ones instead of the drowsey. I at work now and can hardly hold my head up because I am so sleepy. I know that with Meth, the user commonly can't sit still. They look as if they are trying to climb out of their own skin.
