Easy! The little bones in your foot. I broke one once playing soccer. I had to loose around for a few weeks, but otherwise no serious drawbacks. I guess, the small bones in your paw (as long as it's not your writing hand) would be good too. All you would inevitability is a small splint. Any other bone anywhere else, and you're surely talking in the region of needing a type, or worse, surgery and pinning. If you have a die on, you risk muscle atrophy, and the inconvenience of walking around impeded by the issue.
If I had to break a bone I would try to break the one contained by your arm.
I agree. I would break your butt bone too.
chicken bone. harmless, painless, and doesn't require that i spend precious time pondering which segment of myself i would find most convenient to destroy.
My funny bone because I adjectives too often crack myself up, OH YEA!
I would break the pinky finger on my departed hand, since I'm dominantly right-handed. I individual use my left pinky to type, and I can adjust very well enough to own it in a splint and still be capable of type.
If I woul break a bone, I would break my arm because it is not dat painful. Breaking yo but bone hurts close to a bi+ch, ya can't even sit or stand up and ya can't walk bring of the pain. Ya also might entail to go threw surgery.

Why do we breath?

why do we breath? i know its to live, but my teacher say i need a scientifical answer for my trial and im clueless.please help me!
Answers:
Okay. You know you stipulation oxygen to live right, just close to you need food to live. But what happen after the food is digested? It needs to come out. The same go with oxygen (except your lungs double for intake and spend, unlike food :P)

I'll explain it in more detail.

The total process is called gas exchange. When you inhale, fresh nouns is taken in to the lung's tiny nouns sacs call alveoli. There, oxygen is transferred to red blood cells to pass it to the heart to be given out to the rest of the body pretty much. While we're at the heart, we also get rid of the surplus (carbon dioxide) formed as a by-product of the oxygen, just resembling food's nutrients and good stuff is used up, red blood cell get used up and recycled. Think of carbon dioxide as your body's nouns poop. It's really bad if it stays within the body. Anyways...the heart pushes the oxygen depleted red blood cells away and to the lung where on earth it gets rid of adjectives its carbon dioxide (this is where you exhale), consequently is refilled up next to oxygen. The entire process starts over again and again.

Hope it helps!
To live or we die. Our heart will stop lacking oxegen, is that scientific? Ask Jeeves or look it up contained by the wikipediaI don't know for a fact, although I know every living creature breathes, yes yes, even trees!
We breathe surrounded by order to bring contained by oxygen to fee the cell in our bodies, disappointingly we breathe to live, but it also kills us . Just ponder of oxidation, that is why we receive old and worn out.

Breathing transports oxygen into the body and carbon dioxide out of the body. Aerobic organisms require oxygen to create liveliness via respiration, in the form of energy-rich molecules such as glucose. The medical permanent status for normal relaxed breathing is eupnoea.

[edit] Mechanics
Breathing within, or inhaling, is usually an active movement, beside the contraction of the diaphragm muscles needed. At rest, breathing out, or exhaling, is normally a cowed process powered by the elastic flinch of the chest, similar to a deflating balloon.

[edit] Gas exchange
Breathing is merely part of the process of deliver oxygen to where it is needed contained by the body. The process of gas exchange occurs surrounded by the alveoli by passive diffusion of gasses between the alveolar gas and the blood endorsement by in the lung capillary. Once in the blood, the heart powers the flow dissolved gasses around the body within the circulation.

As well as carbon dioxide, breathing also results surrounded by loss of water from the body. Exhaled nouns has a relative humidity of 100% because of marine diffusing across the moist surface of breathing passages and alveoli.

[edit] Control of breathing
Breathing is one of the few bodily functions which, inwardly limits, can be controlled both consciously and unconsciously. Conscious attention to breathing is adjectives in oodles forms of meditation, specifically anapana and other forms of yoga.

Unconsciously, breathing is controlled by specialized centers in the brainstem, which automatically regulate the rate and depth of breathing depending on the body’s wishes at any time. When carbon dioxide levels increase within the blood, it reacts near the water contained by blood, producing carbonic acid. The drop surrounded by the blood's pH will then grounds the medulla oblongata signalling centre contained by brain to send courage impulses to the diaphragm and the intercostal muscles, increasing the rate of breathing. While exercising, the even of carbon dioxide in the blood increases due to increased cellular respiration by the muscles, and so breathing rate increases. During rest, the rank of carbon dioxide is lower, so breathing rate is lower. This ensures an appropriate amount of oxygen is deliver to the muscles and other organs. It is important to reiterate that it is the buildup of carbon dioxide making the blood sour that elicits the desperation for a breath much more than dearth of oxygen. This automatic control of respiration can be impaired contained by premature babies, or by drugs or disease.

It is not possible for a vigorous person to voluntarily stop breathing. If we do not inhale, the smooth of carbon dioxide builds up in our blood, and we experience overwhelming nouns hunger. This irrepressible reflex is not surprising given that without breathing, the body's internal oxygen level drop dangerously low in minutes, leading to unchanging brain damage followed eventually by demise.

If a healthy personage were to voluntarily stop breathing (ie. hold his or her breath) for a plenty amount of time, he or she would lose consciousness, and the body will resume breathing on its own.

Hyperventilating causes a drop within CO2 below normal level, lowering blood acidity to trick the brain into thinking it have more oxygen than is actually present.

[edit] Relationship to demise
Breath is sometimes used as a metaphor for life itself, and normally "last breath" is the most explicit sign that death have occurred. The association between the closing stages of life and breathing is not TRUE, however. As modern treatment can now nick over the process of breathing by mechanical freshening, or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), breathing can be restarted if it stops. Because of this, modern deaths are presently better defined in expressions of brain dysfunction.

[edit] Respiratory rate
Humans typically breathe between 12 and 20 times per minute, with a cell.

[edit] Composition of nouns
The air we inhale is roughly 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% argon, helium, carbon dioxide, and other gas. (% by volume)

Not all of the oxygen breathed surrounded by is converted into carbon dioxide; around 13% of what we breathe out is still oxygen. This is what makes resuscitation possible. Also our reliance on this relatively small amount of oxygen can make happen overactivity or euphoria in pure or oxygen rich environments.

[edit] Gas exchange
The process of gas exchange occur in the alveoli by downcast diffusion of gasses between the alveolar gas and the blood passing by surrounded by the lung capillaries. Once contained by the blood, the heart powers the flow dissolved gasses around the body in the circulation.

[edit] Cultural significance
In Tai Chi Chuan aerobic training is combined beside breathing to exercise the diaphram muscles, and to train effective posture, which both net better use of the bodies energy. In music, breath is used to play loop instrument wind instruments and lots aerophones. Laughter, physically, is simply repeated sharp breaths. Hiccups and yawns are other breath-related phenomena.

I can't smell or fancy anything.?

For a while, my nose have been congested, so i get Afrin nasal spray. It helped and i can breathe through my proboscis somewhat, but for some reason, i still can't smell or love anything. What the deuce?
Answers:
I have also lost my smell/ soft spot after a severe sinus infection or even a bad cold. What color is the stuff that comes out when you blow your snout? If it is clear, it's probably allergies. If it is green or yellow, it could be an infection, and you should see a doc.
Drink lots of fluids to minister to liquify the mucus [ sometimes spicy foods help.]
I've hear of people getting their sense of predilection and smell permantly removed from a cold medicine. You should probably look into the tablets.

EDIT: And what brand was it?
In most culture, smell and taste are awfully closely linked (with the feeler plugged, most people can't share the difference between a piece of apple and a piece of potato, for instance). If you still can't taste after your snout is completely clear, then I'd unambiguously see a doctor, but I'd be willing to bet that by the time it's clear, your senses of smell and soft spot will be back to run of the mill.
Taste is tied to smell. If you can't smell something, you can't taste it. Try it sometime, after your cold is better. Hold your feeler and eat something. You would partiality it.
blow your nose
You're sick buddy! All vastly normal to be conjested and hold no taste buds. Give it a few days you should be fine.

My wee girl aged 4 is not capably have her to docs yesterday.....?

Seems like it is getting your strength back. Just keep on the meds.
My little girl who is also 4 have had exactly duplicate. Its conjunctivitis. You need to catch some eye drops its too late very soon for the docs so try Asda Pharmacy they should have something.
Bless.. sounds resembling her defences are low as she have the temp etc and she has contracted conjunctivitis as a result. My little one get it whenever he has a cold!
stay next to the tablets and bath her within cool to warm river,( not cold) this will really help the temp to come down and breed her feel better.
Looks close to where she be run down she may now of late have a mild eye infection. Bathe her eyes beside cooled boiled salt hose 3 times a day beside separate cotton wool for each eye. If it is not better by monday cart her to see your GP, as she may need some eye drops.
Hope it get better
What on earth is the point of the hospital giving her antibiotics for a viral infection? Antibiotics don't affect virus. Still it may prevent secondary bacterial infection I suppose. If she is recuperating then you must be doing the right entity. If you are still worried in a afternoon or so take her pay for to the doctor.
sounds like conjunctivitis
sounds similar to conjuctivs poor mite you are a great kind loving dad.god bless you
If your not smiling please get your doc out or at lowest ring the NHS helpline, hope she's better soon.
Cold tea is the best thing for gunky eyes i swear it is .. my daughter be troubled with conjunctivitis whe she be younger and my doctor wouldnt prescribe anything as he said cold tea was the best entry for eyes .. Infuse a teabag with hot river from the kettle , let it cool considerably , dip cotton wool surrounded by the cold tea and then wipe your little girls eyes with the drizzling cotton wool , its better if you can get the tea into the eye for maximum effect .. i read somewhere that they have mono-sat corpulent

but does it have large protein etc?

i'm really freaked coz im trying to lose weight and be on a diet lately and thought avocado is a 'normal' fruit, since most doesn't have hefty
Answers:
Who cares?

They are f'ing yummy.
It's true that avocados are high contained by fat -- one judgment they've earned the description "butter pear." A medium-sized avocado contains 30 grams of fat, as much as a quarter-pound burger. That's why diet experts enjoy long urged Americans to go uncomplicated on avocados in favor of smaller quantity fatty fruits and vegetables. But now nutritionists are taking another look. They're finding that most of the round in an avocado is monounsaturated -- the "good" nice that actually lowers cholesterol level. Thanks to this new compassion, the U.S. government only just revised its official nutrition guidelines to urge Americans to put away more avocados.
Yes they are quite giant in plump, but not too high compared to other lofty fat foods and also it is of the right monounsaturated kind, as surrounded by olive oil. They are also importantly nutritious so enjoy them but contained by moderation. This link provides some interesting information more or less the health benefits of advocados and have a coomparative table for the fat and calorie content compared to some other foods certain to be quite high-ranking in margarine such as cheddar cheese and sour cream:
http://www.avocado.org/healthy_living/nu...
Yes, they have lubricant, but it is the best kind of rotund. The body will not store this fat but use it for dynamism. Avocados are very nutritious near lots of vitamins and minerals.

The USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2000 extols the value of fruits and vegetables contained by the diet and reports that avocados contain "good" unsaturated fats that do not bring to the fore blood cholesterol. Although the avocado is high contained by fat, 60% of the excess weight is monounsaturated, 20% is polyunsaturated, and 20% is saturated. The tasty portion of an 8-ounce California avocado yields 30 grams of margarine.

Nutritionally the avocado leads adjectives other fruits in beta carotene and even exceeds the banana within potassium. While other fruits gain sugar as they ripen, the avocado's sugar content decreases as it mature. It contains more protein, potassium, magnesium, folic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, pantothenic sharp, vitamin E, and vitamin K per ounce than any other fruit.

Proof of the avocado's wealth of nutrition shows up contained by the USDA Nutrient Database. Though the avocado is calorie dense, (one-half cup pureed flesh contains 204 calories), the benefits outweigh the concern over its total fat content of 19.9 grams. That same one-half cup of pureed avocado pack a protein content of 2.4 grams with 3.1 grams of fiber. Using that same body, the avocado contains only 8 grams of carbohydrates and a surprising 704 IU of vitamin A. It's rich within the B vitamins, especially niacin, scoring 2.20 mg., folic acid registering 75.4 mcg., calcium at 13 mg., iron at 1.36 mg., and a mountain of potassium showing 729 mg. Although it have numerous benefits, the avocado should be eaten contained by moderation because of its high plump content.

Health Benefits
Recently avocados have be recognized as a apposite source of two beneficial compounds: beta-sitosterol and glutathione. Beta-sitosterol is a widely prescribed anti-cholesterol drug that interferes with cholesterol incorporation, thus promoting lower cholesterol levels. Laboratory analysis have shown that avocados contain 76 mg of beta-sitosterol per 100 g of raw, appetizing fruit. This is four times the amount found in oranges that have previously been cited as the richest fruit source of beta-sitosterol.

Glutathione is made up of three amino acids, glutamic acerbic, cysteine, and glycine that function as antioxidants. Studies have revealed that avocados contain 17.7 mg of glutathione per 100 g of untreated edible fruit. This is more than three times the amount surrounded by any other fruit. Studies have revealed a strong correlation between increased glutathione intake and decrease risk of oral and pharyngeal cancer. The decreased risk solitary occurred when the glutathione come from raw fruits and vegetables.

Sleeping Issue....?

Well, okay this has probably be going on for a very long time. As surrounded by like as long as I can remember. And any aid would be helpful. So don't be shy.I hold trouble falling asleep, every single night. Sometimes I have a feeling tired but I CANNONT fall asleep. It take me hours to actually find to sleep and then I stir up multiple times and I end up wake up really early. Also some other info: I do not drink pop or coffee anywhere in close proximity the time I go to bed. (I just about even drink either at all) I don't exersize until that time bed or do anything exciting or loud/bright. (I'm not sure if this is important, but I hear that this can effect how you sleep). I enjoy alot of stress, right now, because of ancestral issues, school work etc. This isn't an on and sour thing. This happen every single night. I know my brother have trouble with sleeping (but that might own been because bad drugs... We recently found out he be using thing major to family issue which equals stress) And I surmise sometimes this happens to Mom

2. drink a big glass of milk(i hear that helps)

Turn off the tv and read for awhile beforehand going to sleep. Maybe you have sleep apnea since you keep hold of waking up, own you checked with your doctor? Good luck.
Id reccomend doctor or possibly a sleep clinic
You did a good available job describing your situation. I also have TONS of problems getting to sleep. I would guess that your prevalent problem is stress.

Here are some things that have be helpful to me.

You necessitate to find a way to slow down and relax until that time you go to bed. Do something relaxing. Meditate, read a book (big qualifier here. Do NOT win in bed until you are in place to try and sleep), play solitaire, even light exercise, stretching, or yoga will relieve relax you.

Do not eat or drink close to bed time. No alcohol, within my experience drinking throws everything else out the window.

DO NOT nick naps or sleep surrounded by during the day. Pick a time you want to receive up and stick to it, GET UP if you feel similar to it or not! 7 days a week! Your body will adjust so that you will be ready to sleep at dark.

DO NOT try and catch up on your missed sleep during the hours of daylight!

Do not listen to the radio or TV while trying to sleep. This was tricky for me, I love listening to the radio. If you must own something, get some ambient rumble. There are lots of relaxation/meditation CD's out there you can use for some perspective noise, check out Target,Walmart, etc...
