Parents are a good first step, but if you can't step to them, talk to a friend, a instructor you trust, a school counselor, and describe them about the problems you've be having. I go through depression when i was give or take a few 12 as well, but for a different defence than what you are going through. I found that talking to an full-size about it, and vent my feelings to them really made me quality better. Why does both my kidneys hurt?

I got some devastating word this past monday and when I get home for the first time in a long time I pounded down a 12 pack of Killians Irish Red,I next to the typical hangover tuesday but then I notice in my rear on both sides it was hurting,it finally dawn on me it was my kidneys,presently mind ye like I said contained by the beginning of this post I don't drink commonly so why are my kidneys hurting still?...I board a plane this coming Saturday for the West Coast and I'm hoping the flight will not aggravate my kidneys,any ideas??
