There are some foods that do not seem to digest for days does this breed sense to anyone, and also i feel terribly unbsociable when feeling discomfort. I enjoy seen a doctor but sometimes they are no back.Answers:

Remember the stomach need digestive juice to do its work of breaking down the food... guess what's good for breaking it down?. ACIDS! you probably dont own enough acids down here thats why the stomach rambling going on for. Try it! I take Cider Vinegar so its not too strong.

If your doctor can't find anything I have no conception but when I suffer from this I take Ginger. The best form is as a syrup. You used to be capable of buy ginger syrup at chemists but I can't find one that does it anymore so my husband makes it for me (he's a chef). He boils sugar and sea with root ginger to gross the syrup then leaves it to cool and bottles it. Use give or take a few a teaspoonful and mix with hot dampen and drink, it works a treat. It settles the stomach and quickly get rid of any uncomfortable bloating. Give it a turn but if I was you I would hang on to going back to the doc till he sends you for test.

I have taken a form of prednisone beforehand on a couple of different occasions and the later time that I took them I ended up beside a lot of problems beside infections going back to fund to back to rear.

If reusables and are even a few months infirm...you may want to look into a contact solution (Renew is one that is good) that keep your lenses clean while they soak. I hold had lenses that are almost 2 years outdated and I've used this solution for almost the entire time without problems.
You may enjoy calcium deposits building on the lenses if they are older than 4-6 months...soaking and cleaning within this solution should help. Otherwise see the optometrist or eyewear specialist who sold these to you.
