It be a self-perpetuating cycle - because I had to stay contained by bed, I didn't move around, I didn't have any joie de vivre, so I slept, and then didn't own any energy and slept some more.
- contained by hospital for childbirth - didn't sleep much at all. It seem like purely when I was more or less to fall asleep someone HAD to lug my temperature, blood pressure, or I have to breast feed the kid. I didn't get any rest within the hospital at that time.
Usually people within the hospital are either sick or injured.
Both of these states requires the body to spend a great deal of energy to repair itself. Thus nation are tired so they sleep.
Also there is not a intact lot to do while you are in the hospital.
cuz they r frail and sleep renews ur strength.
Because there is nil else to do but lay there, so why not sleep.

I can help! I too have my gallbladder removed and all my food go right through me. So, for a full breakfast time (if they feel approaching a full meal after surgery):
Salad, consequently spaghetti/pasta. Steamed veggies as a side or in the pasta. Smoothie for desert. Instead of a breath mint, he/she can hold one of the percocets prescribed by the doc. :)

study and then rob a break of about 15 minutes almost half an hour earlier you go to bed (at a likely time!) and then read for a moment or two longer in bed untill you can spill out asleep. you need to recharge in the past your exams and one good night sleep just wont cut it. trademark sure your eating plenty of fruit and vegetables you dont want to receive ill in a minute! good luck next to your exams xxx
