I just posted a grill not too long ago, but I wanted to be more clear on it. I did not throw up blood. But it be afterwards, like when you turn to clear your throat and spit after vomitting, thats when there be blood. People are calling me an idiot for posting, but it's nice of expensive to go to the hospital for someone who doesnt own insurance. I've had a sinus infection for two weeks that's cause a decreased appetite. I started antibiotics three days ago and immediately that my sinus infection is feeling better and my appetite is coming put a bet on, the antibiotic is being unkind to my digestive system. Figures!

What would be a moral, healthy breakfast that would be smooth on my tummy this morning? I'm starving but I want something that's not predictable to make me sick.

My own GP have been extremely assiduous, he's told me to rest as much as possible and I've to carry tablets near me to try and prevent further attacks as the stress factor is beyond my control.
I don't know whether its a placebo effect but I feel competent to cope knowing the tablets are available and have used cavernous breathing at the first signs of anxiety. So far it's working.

Go and see your GP and explain what is happening. Try and identify what it is that triggers the attacks too and give an account him/her. If they can't help you they can refer you to someone who can but you can't do it on your own!
