Humans enjoy infinite potential in them. This power manifest itself as intellect and creativity. Intellect is the faculty that helps us look at things from a problem-solving angle of picture. It helps us hunt deep into phenomena and extract information from them massively quickly. Creativity, equally, inspires us to focus on other possibilities once a certain possibility have been exhausted. So, while intellect give us the depth of thought, creativity gives us the breadth. Sometimes it may seem to be that being bored is akin to man tired or exhausted, but actually it is not. I don't think my multivitamin pills are helping because they're supposed to provide you energy, however, they simply make me drowsy. Could be that you are anemic, could be entirely something else going on. The best advice that I can donate you is to get some blood work done. That will show if you are anemic or not. If you are you will probably bring some B12 shots and/or some iron.
Or your doctor could do something else entirely different for you.
Maybe it's what you are eating, what you aren't consumption, or when you are eating. Food have a lot to do next to mood. Hormones have greatly to do with mood.

I'd fairly be deaf - you can still get around, see your children smile, walk on answers, etc., but no more need to hear adjectives the noise and stupid race around you - sure I'd miss music, but overall I think it's the better choice.

I gain about 100 pounds after self on Paxil for a few years. ( I was pretty constricted before I started). For a while, I be gaining close to 15 lbs a month. The sad entity is that I was too doped up on it to realize I needed to stop. I've never be able to gain back to my out-of-date weight. Its sooo unyielding when you gain so much so fast. Not to mention...impressively depressing.
Some meds don't cause solidity gain. I didn't gain any on Lexapro. Wellbutrin may actually cut your appetite. I'm not sure of exactly what your diagnosis is, but Topamax also cause weight loss. If you are still surrounded by need of something, these could work surrounded by your favor.
Yes weight gain is a impossible side effect. Probably more so from the Prozac. I don't know of a silver bullet to share with you to relief. Since you've only be off for a month I'd a moment ago suggest keeping up the diet and exercise. I've experienced the same withdrawl which is vastly intense but should improve near time. Best of luck.

Normal Stomach Problems?
Since Thursday, I've had stomach cramps that come and travel, but still haven't gone away. I thought it would be gone by Friday when I had diarrhea, but it still hasn't. It feel like the misery is near the top of my stomach. I know I'm not pregnant, so it's not "morning sickness", and I'm not sure if it's something I ate. 1) It could be stress and anxiety. In that overnight case I'd talk to a psychiatrist or psychotherapist. There's really good drug to help next to anxiety and talking to someone other helps.

LOL! That depends on which doctor you ask! Many people see nurses as newly a supportive role to the doctor, but many times a nurse have direct care next to the patient and sometimes see stuff a doctor misses. Most of the time doctors are great beside nurses, but other times ( as in any proffesion) you run into some doctors who enjoy a God complex. As a whole nurses obligation doctors juat much as doctors need nurses. If they work together the long-suffering will recieve the best care possible.
I find it unhappy that my chosen profession has such a pitiful image. However, medical lessons has changed to focus more on the merciful, and hopefully you will see this with younger docs.
I see the nurse and the physician as constituent of the healthcare team, working together to give a hand restore the health of the tolerant, and when that is hopeless, to help them die near as much dignity as possible.
